Noises from neighbours

ARGHHHHH!
Can I start a just giving page to raise the money for a new washing machine for my neighbours? Please give generously, save my sanity and ability to work from home!
It squeals, throughout the entire cycle, they do three washes lasting 2 hours a day at present
would IBU to leave a new one on the doorstep.. to be a white goods fairy???
