I can't find the part where you have to stir it with your penis.

And I've read the whole book Confused

Is this a stupid fucking title for a book, or AIBU?

I can't find the part where you have to stir it with your penis.

YANBU
Do the recipes involve slugs and snails and puppy dog tails?

Could you imagine if you did have to stir it with a penis? Ouch! And Envy

Yes, YANBU - unless it is exactly the same internal content as another, ungendered, cookbook which the sell, and they are just specifically trying to reach an extra market sector that wouldn't give a boy a cookbook at all without it being boy-only.

My little god daughter has cookbook for girls, which she enjoys using. She also uses other cookbooks but the one she bring rounds when I'm looking after her is normally the cookbook for girls.

The title doesn't bother me

Fecking stoopid book title though.

It doesn't bother me.

My eldest ds had a cook book for boys when he was younger, his now 20 and the boys cookbook done him no damage I promise.

My youngest DD (9) has the girls cookbook which she says has the best recipes ever!

It's probably where there are two pages stuck together- I believe that is quite common with boys books?
Are the receipts mainly meatballs and sausage based dishes?
Or very hot curries?
Or BBQ's?
Because we all know that mere females cannot cope with BBQ cooking or anything too spicy Grin

DD was all "what the heck" about it before I even laid eyes on it. Thankfully it didn't put her off and she borrowed it anyway.

The girls one presumably doesn't have those phallic peppers on the cover.

Pizza and burgers are obviously too male for girls.

Does the cover of the girls version feature salads and pastas..Cupcakes?

I trust there is a section devoted to the consumption of raw meat accompanied by photos of small boys with bloodied mouths and maniacal grins.

Oh, God. I just googled the Cookbook for Girls. Judging from the cover, it's nothing but cakes and the odd biscuit.

Annoyingly ridiculous. Getting fed up with the further gender-splitting that's going on in the name of making money now!

Oh my mum bought my son this from a jumble sale when he was about 3. We did all the recipes, and even as a female I was able to achieve a sort of manly resemblance to the intended dishes.

Of course I had to sprinkle all my meals with edible glitter to suit my feminine palate

I saw this title and assumed you were talking about the infamous Penis Beaker.

The Boy Who Bakes
Cooking for Blokes
Men's cooking manual
Dads book of awesome recipes
Dad's Own Cookbook- Everything your mother never taught you

I can only assume the males in other families are eating different foods.

Hang on, all, when they were published?

If they are still in print now that's bloody awful but if these copies have been around a few years, well, the world moves on.

Gets bingo card ready for "looking for something to be offended by" "boys and girls are different- get over it""if it gets boys interested in cooking, i''m all for it" and "if that's all you've got to worry about,I'm wish I had your life"
