AIBU?

To be astounded by the number of Leave voters who seem to have done so to rebellion against Remain rather that because they truly believe it's in the best interest of our country

Reading the threads today there seems to be 2 notable categories within the Leave voters.

Those who believe it will be the silver bullet for immigration and are going to be mightily pissed off to learn it isn't

And those who did it 'to get their voice heard'.

I genuinely don't understand why you'd choose to step into the unknown just to rebel against the current position?

YANBU. They think the referendum empowered them and they have voted for a glorious revolution. It hasn't they are now staring into the economic abyss.

YANBU - I think the majority of those voting leave, did so without a full understanding of what it really means for the country. What they think it will achieve will likely not happen. Instead, the financial implications which they may not have considered in full, could well affect them personally and negatively. In saying that, of course, there are a number of far more learned, financially and politically savvy people than little ol' me who backed Leave and they believe it will be a good thing for the country, so I sincerely hope I am wrong.
