To ask if you have a term time job, what do you do and earn?

I currently work in HE in a student facing role, earn just over 22K. Most of my time is spent giving one to one appointments and planning and delivering workshops. Currently keeping my eyes open for non-teaching, term-time only positions in any area of education and could do with some inspiration! Many thanks in advance for responses.

Not sure what her job title was but SIL used to supervise the pupils who had been excluded from lessons for one reason or another.

She was paid at not much above NMW term time only but the hours suited her as it was at the same school as her primary age DCs and she has the sort of strong personality that is capable of dealing with difficult children.

I am an admin assistant and am paid peanuts. But, I don't have childcare to pay for and my boss is very flexible when the kids are ill or I have school events etc.

I work for the virtual school - the looked after children's education service - we oversee the attainment and education provision for children in the care of the LEA - I am not term time as I have two roles but my colleagues who are LACES teachers/advisers are term time only

My full time equivalent pay is £32,000 a year

Childminder, not a vast amount but I could earn more if I was willing to take on more kids. I only work term time and mind mainly teachers children. My kids have quite a few appointments they have to attend so I work fewer hours to fit around them.

I work in the voluntary sector and applied for a role that was advertised as 4 days a week and when interviewed asked if I could do full time during term time and then part time during the holidays. I have worked one or two days a week most school holidays so far (with a couple of weeks completely off) and then am working one full week plus 4 occasional days over the 6 week summer holiday. I manage to cover the holiday days with a mix of holiday club, child minder, swaps with friends, DH taking odd days off. I know that's not exactly what you're looking for but might be more opportunities around than straight term time only? I convinced my employer it would work as we do lots of training and events and never arrange those for the school holidays anyway as we recognise people who are parents and grandparents are likely to be unavailable then.

Self employed web/digital designer. I do work some holidays but don't need much childcare to do so.
