I would eat the green ones in salad too bitter but Mr green pepper belongs in chilli, curry & on pizza.

I use the green ones in stir fry and I buy the red pointy peppers.

I don't buy the three packs, I fine the yellow ones insipid and the red ones in the three packs always seem to have a slightly odd smell about them as if they're on the point of going off.

Uuurgh green pepper is the worst. I feel sorry for green pepper. He could be so delicious and sweet and amazing if only he was left on the plant I grow peppers and wouldn't dream of picking until it's at least orange.
