AIBU?

To think some Customer Service training wouldn't go amiss here?

A bad review wouldn't necessarily put me off booking, if there was a reasonable and measured response from the manager/owner. Think I'll swerve this one however.

Purple the guest was from Scotland, the cottage is in Ireland - not sure where the owner lives.

If the review is right about lack of a table to eat at (and it is hard to tell there looks like there might be one but can not be sure) then I would not rent it.

Just had a quick look on tripadvisor and found thatched cottages, is this the right one? I couldnt see this particular review but plenty more that were not positive and one talking about musty cushions. There cant be more than one cottage in kincasslagh with musty cushions can there? Grin

Martha it wasn't thatched, it looked to be a slate roof. It was called Angela's cottage. Like the sound of a thatched cottage, might look at them (wonder if they sell Febreze in Kincasslagh?)
