Gaviscon from at this time of night? Anyone know if the Esso station might sell it?

Have you got bicarbonate of soda? Teaspoonful in a glass of water helps. Our local esso sells gaviscon.

You need Zantac take two tablets not one if it's really bad.

I had heartburn in both pg (sign that you're going to have a hairy baby Grin
I drank pints, sometimes 4 pints a day.
And small amounts of ice cream.

Rennies are the best, failing that if I had nothing in the house it would be milk / milkshake or yoghurt!

I had heartburn/acid reflux for years. Aloe juice cured it.

Thanks eveyone, I managed to get a bottle of gaviscon at silly o'clock from the the Esso. It worked really well!
