Even the factory reset fails.) My two oh so tempting options were an engineer visit that "might be charged at 120 pounds if engineer finds your wiring at fault" (hmm) or 140 pounds for a new box.
I chose option 3 - thirty odd pounds for an Amazon fire stick. Agh. Do BT want to keep any customers?
