to think it would be better if David Cameron was neutral on the EU question?

It seems to complicate matters. Wouldn't it be better if he abstained as leader of the country? Doesn't it risk becoming a little bit about him? And will he help things go smoothly if we vote to leave? Or just be in a huff and make things harder to prove he was right. Or will he have to resign? So is it also a way to get him out?
