AIBU?

to wonder if you too felt absolutely huge/constantly stuffed when you were nearly 6 months pregnant?

Pregnant with DC3 and I constantly feel like I have eaten a 10 course meal! Obviously it may be like childbirth itself in that I have actually forgotten with the other 2 but I am sure I didn't feel like this so early on :(

I am already trying not to make it obvious at work it's an effort to get out of my chair and No3 not due until April.

I feel like my groin is already so puffed up too (how it gets at the end when the baby is big and head down), although my tummy is still at the squidgy stage and the last 2 babies were not big - 6lb and 7lb (so fingers crossed there isn't a 10 pounder in there !! Grin

Have I got rose tinted/forgetful glasses about what it's like to be 6 months pregnant or am I just going to be HUGE this time ??

I felt like that. I was constantly asked if I was having twins. DD was a big baby. I used to get stitches just walking a few feet.

I feel like that at the moment also 6 months. Finally given in and bought some maternity jeans and I wore leggings to work today - oh the shame! Blush

You're not alone Cheshire I'm feeling huge and very unfit, dc2 isn't due until end of March. I remember feeling great right up until I gave birth with DS. Have also had the twins comment, always nice to hear Hmm

It's not helping that everyone's embarking on diets and fitness plans knowing I'm only to get bigger. I'd give you 🍫 but I doubt it'd make you feel better!

You aren't alone, I too feel huge because I am bloody huge. Not as huge as I was last time but still bloody huge. I forgot just how shit being pregnant actually is. Nature does that, it makes you bloody forget so you're willing to do it more than once.

I felt like this with both of mine, although I did have polyhydraminous (excess fluid). This meant I measured around 5 weeks ahead most of the time. At 37 weeks I measured 44 weeks Shock
From 6 months I was exhausted; I used to say that even when sitting down, I felt like I needed to sit down!

Yes very unfit too as when DH is working nights/lates I can't go to the gym as the other 2 are in the house asleep (whereas with DC1 I could still go to the gym all the way through as there were no babies at home to look after).

Now I just go to bed early :(

Feel like when you shouldn't have had the dessert and now need to undue your belt (except that wouldn't make any difference right now).

Fingers crossed these babies are out in a few months ladies, phew !
