What are you worried about?

Or what are you trying to do?

Report
Hissy · 31/12/2015 13:29

No, not even the security services as far as I know - which is why some countries ban it.

JohnLuther · 31/12/2015 13:30

Impossible.

Why do you ask?

Who is the "someone"? Would they have access to your phone?

There are some spying apps that can record WhatsApp calls, but they are usually part of costly "observational" packages.

On Hunted highly skilled people cloned phones. Is he highly skilled?

Report
Enjolrass · 01/01/2016 15:19

Even cloning the phone wouldn't record phone calls. Unless the op is recording her calls and then he can access the file.

If you make you calls through what's app he may be looking and seeing you are online.

The same as you are doing to him.

It might be worth having a chat with an IT specialist. I know an IT bloke who works with a PI on this kind of thing. In Canada so not very useful to you but I'm sure you can find someone in the UK to talk to about it.

FeliciaJollygoodfellow · 01/01/2016 19:25

So you're talking on your mobile while browsing through whatsapp and can see he is showing as available on it?

No I don't think it is possible.

Report
Akire · 01/01/2016 19:30

It's not possible. It shows someone's online whenever they are using what's app so if he has 100 friends and is talking or reading one of their conversations- when you open up the app with his name it will show he's online. He's not "online with you" it just shows on line in the app.

Impossible

mmm...
just googled and found a comprehensive way of spying on whatsapp. If i can find it, anyone can. Nothing is 100% full proof. I havent posted the link because its inappropriate to advertise you can.

You use a spy app.

Report
JohnLuther · 01/01/2016 20:53

You absolutely cannot listen in to another persons phone conversation via Whatsapp, to suggest otherwise is irresponsible.

MillionToOneChances · 01/01/2016 21:07

There are spy apps that can be installed. It's unlikely he installed one, but if you're concerned simply wipe your phone, change your password from a computer (eg on google or iCloud) and then set it up as a new phone. It won't do any harm, and your phone will probably run better just for dumping all the apps you no longer use.
