Went in today to pick up her uniform finally and the children were all sitting in the assembly hall, cross legged, with one teacher on piano and two conducting singing!

It could have brought a tear to a glass eye.

Yep. Even non musical children get a lot out of school music.

Ah I remember the music trolley at primary, lots of things to bash, shake or twang & some mysterious gratey wooden things as well!

Judging by DS1's guitar practice upstairs right now, our school have something against music Grin Grin

Ah what a lovely thread-I'm a music teacher in a primary school (prep) and I love it and think the children do most of the time Wink
