CHRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIISSSSSSSSSSSSSSTMMMMMMMAAAAAASSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!

I mean, it's not like we have had a Summer to miss is it?

Can look forward to cosy evenings, winter markets, wrapping up warm, rubbishy weekend TV, the months of anticipation, the shopping, the thought of all of the food that we can eat...

I am going to be heavily pregnant and can layer up in oh so comfy maternity jeans, ponchos, roll neck jumpers and flat leather boots whilst slightly resembling stylish...

111 days and counting!

What about all the other fun, winter stuff?

Halloween

Bonfire night

Shortest day

Cold, sunny days

Frosty mornings

There is so much more than the day of stuffing your face!

Yes, I am, I saw a friend this morning for coffee and she was just about to start making her own Christmas cards. Fair got me in the mood for christmas it did Smile, especially as it's now cold enough for heating on.

Me too! I've never been this excited this early in the year, but I can't wait!

We have made all our plans for Xmas day and Boxing Day and I want to make it super special and lovely. We got married this year and dd will be 2 so the first year she will be (a little bit) aware of what's going on!

YANBU!

I can't wait for Christmas. Last year DD was 13 weeks so didn't have a clue. This year she will be 15 months, and whilst I know she won't really know what Christmas is, she will be so excited by the presents and sparkly lights.

Come and join us over in the Christmas topic OP! There is an ongoing amazing bargain thread which I have been suckered in to, and even better, no Scrooges in sight Xmas Grin

Snap queen my Christmas countdown spreadsheet (OH YES!) starts in May this year.

We're in a new house and DS will be almost 2 and I might have an actual baby as an actual Christmas present.

And I bloody love mince pies even though they'll give me horrible heartburn.

And I still have 4 (FOUR) Christmas novelty maternity outfits from last pg.

Oh look, I'm even more excited than I thought i was.
Happily banishing myself to the Christmas topic for the foreseeable.

Yeah, bugger off to the Xmas topic, I clicked on the thread thinking that it was something REALLY exciting.
On the other hand, I can get excited about our half term trip to centre parcs [ smile]

I was over 8 months pregnant last year. It wasn't as much fun as usual... I was working and fat and tired plus I couldn't have my Baileys

I am incredibly excited this year as my older DC will have more interest and my baby will be almost 1.

However I refuse to actively participate in anything Christmas on the 4th of September (apart from my pinterest Xmas board and posting on this thread!!)
