To wish my neighbour would pipe down a bit

He's not doing anything obnoxious, he's just loud.

He's been in the garden all day holding constant "conversations" with DC and DW who are in the house. And then there's the dog. Constantly being told to stop and not paying a blind bit of notice.

I do love summer, but.....

Summer in the city is a pain especially as most of us do live on top of each other and people just dont seem to care about how their noise, pets and smoky bbqs can ruin things!

Yanbu. We hardly ever sit in our garden because one set of neighbours make such a bloody racket. It really, really annoys me.

YANBU, my neighbour has a voice like a foghorn and never shuts up, she is always yelling at her DH, DCs or on the phone. I am treated to the sound of her voice multiple times a day when she is out the back for a fag.

OfForFudgeCake - I think I may have lost it at some point, snapped and vaulted the fence and ripped said whistle out of child's mouth and binned it.

Yanbu, one of my neighbours at the back of my garden rigs up a massive wide screen TV in his garden and invites his mates round to watch football and rugby matches full blast!
It's a good job I don't have a gun or I'd be serving several life sentences!
Also, I work nights Angry

One of my neighbours is having a party, from what I can gather, they are having a competition at throwing something at something.

My DC are so loud I rarely let them into the garden, so that they don't annoy the neighbours Blush

There's a bouncy castle, loud music and very drunk folk in the garden next door but one to me.

They didn't invite me, so I'm choosing to feel grumpy about it.

My neighbours son came round earlier to offer me some left over BBQ food and apologise for the noise of him and his mates talking loudly and listening to music. They went off out on a pub crawl at 8pm.

My neighbours have the loudest voices known to man. Every time it is sunny they spend the entire day in the garden (neighbour, her DIL and the DILs 2 DDs if it is school hols/weekends).

They just talk constantly in their loud voices and Never Shut Up. Then neighbour's DS (partner of the DIL) comes home from work and they all start arguing in even louder voices usually because the women are drunk.
