OMG lying here feeling like I have watermelons for boobs can't sleep. Should I wake him to pop him on for a feed?

He would definitely go back to sleep. Can not bare the thought of going to get the pump sterilised etc and can seem to manage hand expressing.

I wouldn't, that's why it's called "on demand". Also, if he'll sleep through, that's a good thing, and your milk supply will adjust.
