i shouldn't fee guilty about having a baby using NHS services just because my family are well off

Nc to keep my anon. This has happened several times where people look at me like I'm a cheeky bugger to using NHS services even though my family are well off. I may have some money and be luckily enough not to work, but I still pay significantly more tax than the average person so I feel I should be able to use the NHS without being judged.
