Father settles litigation with his boss with a confidentiality clause.

Then tells his DD.

And she puts it on FB.

And they lose $80,000 because he has broken the confidentiality clause.

I am very sympathetic, hahahaha, ROFL, wholly and completely ROFL!

More if a warning not to discuss with children things that legally you shouldn't. And to bring your children up not to be so arsey as to gloat on FB. It was in the news a while ago. Personally I thought it served them right.

I have DB and use it a lot. I am also a professional who could put my profession at risk by putting the wrong things on FB.

I don't need a warning but I get that some do!

Teenagers can be so so stupid. I feel sorry for them and I wonder if the relationship between parents and daughter suffered.

IMO it is the man's own fault for telling his DD.
What did he think was meant by confidentiality?
Some people are so stupid.

Teenagers are allowed to be a bit silly - it goes with the territory.
He, OTOH, is an adult.
