Has it been removed? It was a bit contentious so I don't want to point up what it was about. Do Mumsnet remove threads without saying anything? I know they sometimes remove posts at posters' requests or if they breach guidelines.

I'm hoping it was a troll as grim situation all round.

I think I know what thread it is. If it's the one I'm thinking of yes it's been removed and yes MN do that sometimes. Usually they'd give you a warning first telling you they were about to do it.

I think I know which thread you mean. Sometimes there's a warning from MNHQ that it's going to go which you might have missed.

Caitlin17 Sun 12-Jan-14 11:42:35

What does <hmm> mean? MNHQ said a thread was deleted for that reason.

I don't know what thread you are talking about - you could report your own OP here to MNHQ and should get a swift answer then.

It means they have reason to believe it was "suspect" I imagine.

Several trolls around last night, nothing you've missed out on.

Oh, OK, thanks.
Have a lovely day, everyone. I am getting up now.

heypixie Sun 12-Jan-14 12:18:52

noswingpark Sun 12-Jan-14 12:20:42

Me too, I'm here confused looking for a thread that was about 5 pages long this morning started yesterday I think. The one I'm thinking about was about teenager?

thornrose Sun 12-Jan-14 12:20:56

Year 7?

littlewhitebag Sun 12-Jan-14 12:21:30

Yes the year 7 one. It has gone then? It did seem a bit suspect.

noswingpark Sun 12-Jan-14 12:21:41

Thornrose yes!

thornrose Sun 12-Jan-14 12:22:36

Deletion message was "<hmm> reasons".

Awakeagain Sun 12-Jan-14 12:24:09

Ooh that's what I had just come back to read! Wanted to know why the son ha said

SoonToBeSix Sun 12-Jan-14 12:44:26

I posted I that thread, genuinely baffled as to why someone would make it up though?

thornrose Sun 12-Jan-14 12:46:19

I suspect that the OP may want people to start sharing stories maybe, sick!

This thread will be removed soon because we're talking about another thread wink

SoonToBeSix Sun 12-Jan-14 12:50:28

Really are some sick people around then.
