You could just use an actual tampon. A Super would absorb more liquid than that little pot could hold.
Although it would have to be blue liquid like in the Always adverts, wouldn't it? Some sort of liqueur perhaps.

The boob thing works perfectly as it gives a cup size boost earlier on in the evening when people are less drunk and more able to see, and by the time you've drunk it all and shrunk somewhat, everyone else will be too drunk tonotices! A sort of inversely proportional beer googles device :)
