Swimming would cool your poor burny fanjo down, just jump in the pool really quickly so noone sees the red pulsating hairless mess between your legs Wink

farewellfigure · 23/08/2013 15:11

Heavens. Whatever did you put on it?

LuisSuarezTeeth · 23/08/2013 15:12

What did you burn it with Confused

farewellfigure · 23/08/2013 15:12

Don't go in a salty float tank like my friend did. She'd shaved all her bikini area and legs just before. Now that really stung.

Runningchick123 · 23/08/2013 15:15

Did you burn it with hot wax?
Sudocrem should soothe it and cool it down a bit.

Longhotsoaks · 23/08/2013 15:16

I used a removal cream not sure if I am allowed to say what, but I have put sudacream in the painful area.

Ow!

OHforDUCKScake · 23/08/2013 15:18

I slid down the white slide in Butlins and nearly tore my right lip clean off as it scrapped between the smooth tiles underwater, on the rough sandy cement bits at super speed. Pain was not the word.

ShatnersBassoon · 23/08/2013 15:24

I'd sit in a cool bath for a bit.

Longhotsoaks · 23/08/2013 15:25

Im worried its going to hurt may have to have a glass of wine later the thought of getting in a bath is making me shudder.

OP - If you can say Sudocreme, you can say the name of the depilatory cream - lol!!

OHforDUCKScake · 23/08/2013 15:26

No. I never looked though, I never got round to it.

Hope you heal soon.

thebody · 23/08/2013 15:28

OhDUCK that sounds soooo dreadful.

op you must be allergic?

LJL69 · 23/08/2013 15:30

I so feel for you. Years ago when the lacy body type undies were very in vogue and I had a minor experience of what you have. I was going out and was running late. I took the body undies (ones with metal popper fastenings on the under carriage) out of washing machine and put the over the back of a chair in front of the fire to dry while i did my make up... grabbed the undies and dived into them no for a minute thinking the poppers would be hell fire hot.The pain lives with me to this day. I remember my friends laughing til they cried at me sitting side saddle on the pub stools.
You have my sympathy

AndyMurraysBalls · 23/08/2013 15:30

Let it heal with Aloe Vera and then find yourself a nice waxing lady who will solve all your problems!

OH GOD! I've done that before, put Veet all over my fanny, then closed my legs. It got rid of the hair but got some lodged inside! Had to sit legs akimbo on the toilet with a mirror and wet cotton wool to get it out!

Longhotsoaks · 23/08/2013 15:37

Thanks it will take my mind of the pain for sure Maryz, thanks Andy I do usually but left it to late so had a go.

Ljl that must of really hurt, I feel your pain.

LJL

OP try some tea tree oil. I'd avoid the pool as the cholorine will sting like a motherlover.

Mia4 · 23/08/2013 16:30

Ouch! Try Aloe Vera? Swimming might help but the chlorine might also sting- sounds like you might be sensitive to the cream.

JamesAndTheGiantBanana · 23/08/2013 16:58

Oh god I did that once years ago with nair/veet, it was absolutely burnt and blistered. You poor thing, I remember the pain (mine was just before my long distance boyfriend came down, talk about crap timing)

You're brave putting sudocrem on it, that stuff stings! I would have put bepanthen on it, that never stings. Forget about swimming, you don't want a tight swimming cossie against your burnt bits. Confused
