AIBU?

to think DH is being utterly unreasonable about me kissing another man

It's my job! My career, actually. He's never really wanted me to be an actress, and now that I'm finally getting a proper, meaty role, he is getting all het up about it.

He turned up on set for the first time ever, and then complained that I looked like I was enjoying the snog. I'm an ACTRESS FFS. Just because I looked like I did, doesn't mean I did even if I actually did.

I mean, I don't expect him to get involved in my career (I didn't try and push him into that swingers party my boss and his wife were hinting at). And I never ask questions about why he takes so long when he goes out to get cigarettes. Plus I'm 15 years younger than his ex and much thinner.

AIBU to think he's an unsupportive pig?

YANBU about the kissing. However, the rest of your OP makes no sense so I can't comment about that.

Someone told me his ex has dyed her hair to look like mine but she's too fat so she won't

She's got another think coming if she thinks she's getting her hands back on him. There's no way he'd ever look at anyone but me. I might go upstairs and talk to my nice neighbour, the doctor's wife, to get some RL reassurance.

Callin, my boss is a bit old and smarmy, and his wife has obviously got the hots for my DH (but everyone has, so I can't really blame her). They invited us out for dinner and then started dropping all these unsubtle hints about coming back to their place. I didn't get it for a while, but DH was pretty unimpressed. Perhaps we should pass their details on to DH's work colleagues, I bet a few of them would be very interested.

Boss?! I thought you were an actress? Do you mean agent? Or director?

Lj, I think he's the producer of the show (it's a daytime soap). He's pretty powerful as far as I'm concerned, he could axe my role or make it a starring one.

What type of role could he give you? Is this all down to his wife shagging your fella?

Is this a 'denders plotline? Hmm

Booboo, what do you mean my husband is not all he seems to be?

He's told me the big secret from his past. We are soulmates. There's nothing I don't know about him, you must be wrong. I am very lucky, other women, like my upstairs neighbour, have to put up with substandard husbands. Hers is always whizzing off to see his patients at inconvenient hours. Mine is so devoted he even went out for a boring dinner with those neighbours without me, when I asked him to. I couldn't be luckier so why am I so neurotic and sad all the time?
