D p was shocked I had never seen it or been curious to see it! I asked if it was stupid and daft? He said No just funny! So I agreed! It's now twenty min in and I am slowly dying! How long does this last?

<<sneaks in to add favourite oft quoted line>>

'The Shitty Beatles? Are they any good?'

'Nah, they suck'

'Ah, so it's not just a clever name then?'

OP - YABVU.

Garth, I'm going to be frank.

Ok, can I still be Garth?

I think that may be from WW2 but they are both BRILLIANT!

YABVU. grin

It's the only duplicate videos (WW1 and 2) DH and I have. And the only films I can quote (how sad is that when people are quoting classics?)

If you're going to spew, spew into this etc. My DH quoted it to me the other day actually!

It's because of WW that I want everyone at my funeral to sing Bohemian Rhapsody while headbanging.

<classy>

Sunnywithshowers Mon 01-Apr-13 23:37:33

Not.

StuntNun Mon 01-Apr-13 23:23:46

It's a gun rack. I don't even own one gun let alone many guns that would necessitate an entire rack.

Lung butter and hurl

Me and my sister referenced it just this afternoon, when I said I could smell bacon, and she said she could definitely smell a pork product of some kind.

I have used the pet name Babraham for all my babies! WW2 really was shit though, remember thinking that even at the time.

Not to mention the world's best rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody like EVERgringrin

Ex-squeeze me?

WW trivia: they say it's set in Detroit, but it's acksherly based on a suburban part of Toronto where Mike Myers grew up, Scarborough, Ontario.

There is a donut shop in the movie called Stan Mikita's, who was a famous Detroit Red Wing (ice) hockey player. No such donut shop really exists, but in Toronto, and all over Canada in fact, there is a hugely successful coffee chain called Tim Hortons, who was an outstanding player for the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Fact.

Must get both of the WW on DVD. So funny!

I remember making my ex watch Airplane and Life of Brian and him not 'getting it'!
There was nothing left for it but to dump his sorry ass!
