To be upset with the flower company who

messed up my order to my Parents from us? I ordered a bouquet of flowers with wine and chocs to be sent to them before christmas, flowers and chocs arrived but no wine.

I emailed said company and recieved a call apologising and was told they would send fresh flowers and the wine to arrive Xmas eve, despite my Dad waiting in all day, nothing arrived.

I have emailed twice and had the usual we have your email reply, I have rung them and been on hold for over 30mins each time listening to a constant stream of Micheal Jackson hits Hmm but no one answers.

First Christmas in ages my Parents couldn't be with us, so am fuming and just wanted to vent arrrggghhhhhhh.

Have left yet another message so will see if they reply. Angry

No, Prestige Flowers, I even left a comment on the companys facebook page, surprise surprise it was deleted.

Go back and ask on their FB page why they deleted your comment and ask when you will be compensated.

Appalling service. I always say even the companies make mistaked sometimes but it is how a company deals with those mistakes that show how good or otherwise they are. This company are clearly rubbish!

Keep at them OP! In future find a florist, local to your parents, who you can order with directly.

If it isn't resolved can you get a lot of friends to post on fb wall or something? Less likely to ignore a lot of comments

The FB page is very 'edited' compared to other company pages I visit.

What would happen if we all post on their FB page demanding to know why unhappy customers are being ignored?!

How did you pay? Could you get your money back for 'goods not received'? (shot in the dark!)

They are still trading and taking money, they have removed all the posts I made on the facebook page, and then barred me from commenting. Managed to get a comment on just now under my maiden name, but doubt it will last long.

They say

But they won't reply to emails, ignore phone calls and live help pffffffft.
