Basically I now have adverse credit and a ccj entered against me as my twat of an ex opened an utilities account in my name. I had NO knowledge of this nor did I consent to it. This is the same ex that the police finally issued a warning to in accordance with the harassment act as he was very much harassing me! Four fucking years later he still sends me emails! Sadly on gmail you can't block addresses, but it sends them to the 'bin' so I see them when I empty it. I had no knowledge of the ccj either as I'd moved out of the address a month before him!

This explains why I was refused a mortgage this year, the rest of my credit is excellent, I can afford it etc. So thanks to that lowlife goatshagging wankstain and the bloody utility company, I'm fucked and can't move.
