You are super organised!

I try to be, I bought my wrapping paper in the sales last year (this years colour scheme will be green and silver - wanky much?!) and every year at this time I like to pretend that I will make my own cards, but I haven't got round to buying anything yet...

YABU. It's July and Christmas is more than 5 months away. I absolutely hate Christmas so please at least leave it until after Halloween to start talking about it.

I do! I do! I do! I usually start my shopping in August (toy sales seem to kick in right around the time school uniforms start appearing in shops...). I thought I was the only one!

I don't start my shopping til late-I like to take advantage of the pre Christmas shop/online sales and get more for my bucks!

This year will be extra special as it will be DD's first birthday on 18th December. She was a month early, and we were only discharged on 23rd December, so Christmas shopping was a bit frenetic last year, although luckily I had started some of it earlier that month.

I am looking forward to having a little birthday tea party for her-well I am sure MIL will insist on hosting it-I'll not argue with that!

Christmas day will be spent at home with DH and my grown up DTS's. I am looking forward to having it at home with my children this year. Usually, DH and I go away, or we spend it with PIL's and his extended family.

I fecking love Christmas!

Ooh! I LOVE Christmas. I have already started imagining this year's - DS will be just over a year old, so a lovely age!

Not sure where we'll be though, here, or my mum's, of the IL's - always a tricky one. They live too far apart to do both on the same day.

I've already started looking for Christmas pyjamas! :)

No idea about nice paper I'm afraid, I hit up a very exclusive shop tescos in the new year sales and put it away in my christmas cupboard doubly wanky

I only have 5/6 people to buy for. Each year I buy my brother tickets to Wings and Wheels, my son gets something to do with surfing/CDs, my Mum gets a signed autobiography, my neighbours each get a (made by me) lovely Christmas table decoration with candles. So I don't have to even think about it until about a week before!

I usually make mine in september, i think generally they taste better if they've been allowed to develop for a few months.

This year I am making my grandparents a christmas cake as a present as the one i make last year went down a storm :)

We all had Noro over Christmas last year and then BIL ruined the christmas meal completly for me by being an arse so this year we are staying at home.

I've started shopping!! Well actually I never really stopped - I tend to pick things up throughout the year when I see them. Bargains have been a pocket microscope for £4 and pictureka is on sale in Tescos for £5 at the mo.
I have most stocking filler bits as well Grin

I got in there in the Debenhams sale and got what's usually really expensive gift boxes with bath stuff for £5, £10 and £20. Got six boxes in different sizes! I really want to make a lovely bedspread for my dd but not sure where to start. I'm thinking about it though. Don't think I'll do Xmas cards by hand tough, that sounds like trouble too me. Do tell when/where there are any good potential xmas pressies around!

YAY !! Christmas talk away !!

I only buy for a handful of people and we know what we are getting the dc's already ;).

I have about 9 days off of work too and each year I say I will take the children to Disney Paris but because of money restraints it will have to be seeing Shrek the musical.
