I really dont understand my bill this month
my last bill came out on the 27th may, my next is due any day now so checked my bill online and its double what it should be I have'nt gone over on any of my usage.
I upgraded my phone at the beginning of june but because mays bill was paid than junes should be at the new amount.
Ive tried to ring them but there system is down, so i tried logging back into my account and its telling me i'm putting in the wrong password.
I am really that i cant sort this out right now.
