and being apparently dumped/made impossible for her to return to UK X Factor is not actually a big deal?

People are losing their jobs all the time and having to make massive sacrifices just to pay the bills and all the bloody papers can do is bang on about how awful/cruel it is for her.

She already has loads of money. Her main 'career' is suppose to be singing anyway. What is the big fucking deal? She has a priviledged lifestyle and should be sodding grateful that she has is better than most.

Stories about Cheryl Cole sell papers. Don't ask me why, but they do. That is why the papers have been going on about it and to be fair, how do you know she isn't grateful, its not her talking is it, it is journalists.

If Simon Cowell hadn't taken a shine to her, where would she be now?

YASoooooooooooooooooNBU. Sick to bloody death of hearing about poor old Cheryl. It's not her fault per se that papers keep writing endless crap about her losing her job but it is galling for the vast majority of people who are struggling to get by when it's suggested we should feel an ounce of sympathy for someone who quite frankly has a cushy life, job or not. Being beautiful and minted must be a real kick in the teeth for her Hmm

I know she probably doesn't ask for the endless amounts of crap to be written but I get sooooo knarked at the "oh I need a break now because of all I have been through" etc bollocks. You have been through nothing love!! (WRT to my OP, not commenting on any other aspect of her life). I and many others I know have had shit in their lives that was really going through something. Not being a judge on crap factor is not.

It would take the average British worker something like 50yrs to earn the money she did for doing a couple of weeks on the American X Factor.

My heart bleeds.

To put another slant on it......I think the whole thing was a set up to gain Ms Cole an American work visa..........sponsored by Simon Cowell, she now has the visa, and can break America as a solo artist. Just my opinion though.
