Sleep Routine for Newborns

Has anyone read The Baby Sleep System? Just wondering if anyone has any advice regarding establishing a routine for day/night-time feeds. My baby is nearly six weeks old, he usually feeds every 3 hours during the day but for the past 2 days has been feeding more. This could be due to a growth spurt perhaps... He usually wakes up twice in the night and at the same time. Just want to be reassured I am doing the right thing...

Sounds like a growth spurt to me, they do tend to get one at 6 weeks. He's a bit too young for any sort of feeding routine I'd say so don't worry too much about it. Hopefully the feeding will calm down again in a couple of days.
