I don't believe it!

It's only about 5-6 weeks old and I knocked against the ironing board, knocked it off and knackered it Sad

I'm having a horrible time atm for various reasons and I just can't believe I did this.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!

Don't you mean it just stopped working for no apparent reason? If you have the receipt.

Accidents happen. At the worst possible times. At least it didn't break your toes.

Take it as a sign from above to stop ironing! Free yourself from the shackles of your iron!

Yes it would have been worse if it had dropped on my foot - or on the kids or cat - or heaven forbid dh's foot
I don't think I could get away with claiming it just broke - it's clearly been dropped - the hot plate is about to drop off Blush

Arse!

Ok - tis a sign I should go to bed.

Take it back, not even 6 weeks old and it's broken! Refund!
:o
Speaking of throwing irons about, I dropped mine off the ironing board face-down, my carpet wears the burn patch with shame.

I dropped mine recently and broke it's nose off. It still just about works but I really do need to get a new one .....not a big ironer though me, Wink

Baroque - we all know you're as mad as a box of frogs - don't be trying to convince Northernlurker it's normal!!

(You need to go back to your Drs and tell them that you need sleeping tablets and that is that! Threaten to buy them on the internet - works wonders!! Have you tried full strength Nytol??)

Been a bit messed up again the last week or so - but f*ckwit ex and his stupid behaviour the cause of that.
