Schools, teachers, formula feeding, whatever the subject it's great to watch. Like being in the playground all over again!

I must admit I like Schools and Politics threads for a damned good debate as long as basic civility is maintained.

Too much of a coward though to stray into how/what you put into a baby or how/what you collect it at the other end with though.

BM can you link to that please?
I love to people watch, and find the bunfights fascinating! Especially the way people tend to follow each other like sheep. I've seen soo many threads where the masses just go off on a huge rant, and the OP is just left saying 'but... But.... That wasn't what I said'.

YANBU. Many a rainy, dull day has been enlivened by a good fight. As long as I'm merely observing, you understand.

I'm only here for the buns.... In fact, I'll confess to the odd bit of bun-lobbing just to liven up a thread if it's flagging. Wink

Who is Sue Hotelchain? That is a really weird name. Anglicised I expect. Probably from Chinese, something like Hu t' Chan or perhaps Nigerian Hotoglu Chinyere

I love the ones in AIBU, when the OP refuses to acknowledge they are BU.
The supersoaker thread is one of my favourite ever.

Me too. I hate it when everyone apologises or goes off on a tangent.

This one got very interesting.

We need a mumsnet Oscars-like ceremony, the supersoaker thread would get my nomination!

Oh the 'to sue a hotel chain'. Wasn't the best thing to post towards the end of the school hols Grin I know all my frustatrtion was vented on that thread - and the fact it was ridiculous.

One of my favourite bunfights was one on style and beauty. There was a heated disagreement about face cream or something similar, It all got very cats-bum-mouth and handbags at dawn.

Feel v guilty but I love it. But most of the time as an observer/lurker. Just makes me laugh out loud so often and I enjoy the genuine passion of people that manage to believe so strongly about stuff.

What I really love though are the funnies in the middle of the straight talking, mud slinging, bitch-fighting madness.

They're my absolute favourite.

Yes, quite Scottishmummy.
Those threadss that bleat on about AIBU ruining MN, and being mean.

Who cares, they're entertaining.
I like to be entertainedGrin

I'm in the middle of the above link to "why so many mums harbour jealousy and blank... " and it's fabulous.

AIBU to enjoy reading this past post so much? It's not even live any more. IT's likely to be a troll.

Still not bothered.

Friday night Bliss.
