Stupid washing machine!

The warranty has just ran out. I spent about £300 ish on the piece of junk just over a year ago and it has died. I don't know its proper prognosis but I am cheesed off, I bought it (bosch) as so many people I know seem to be pleased with theirs, Grrr!

I have never been happy with it, we thought it was something to do with pipes at the house that was making it crap, and by the time the piping was looked into by the letting agent, it was too late to do anything about the rubbish machine!

Aibu to hack it to pieces and post it back to bosch with a long letter of complaint?

I feel your pain. My machine has died today, just 4 months after having its bearings replaced. I am handwashing the DC's uniform, and pretending it is yesteryear. YANBU.

no do it, Bosch have pretty good customer services and may help you anyway, there is a telephone number on their website. also, I have a few smaller bosch appliances and they come with a two years warranty, could this be the case for the washing machine, possibly worth checking?

Bosch do usually have a 2 year guarantee. Having said that I don't plan on buying Bosch again having been disappointed with my last two washing machines and the dishwasher which packed in about an hour after the guarantee expired.

I will wait for DH to get back and let him look at it and then I will dig out receipts and things and work on it tomorrow.
Just so annoying! I think it was one year, I hope it is two, although part of me would just love to see the back of it!
