Tuna & sweetcorn samosas with filo pastry, my DD loves them - mix up the tuna & sweetcorn with a dollop of natural yogurt, brush a sheet of filo with melted butter, fold in half lengthways, brush again, put a dessertspoonful of the tuna mix on the end of the filo, take the bottom corner & lift it to make a triangle & then keep folding the filo over in triangles until you get to the end, brush the whole thing with butter & put on baking tray. I cook them on 190 / Gas 5 for about 20 minutes, then see how they're doing.

That's so easily done, you can't tell by the picture and I don't always read the weight properly. I once ordered a box of teabags and when they arrived there was enough in the box to keep us going for a year.

I have to confess I did do the shopping on Friday night whilst consuming a thimble full of wine...........I also ended up with a box of 48 bags of crisps and a rather large block of pate........Good job we are a multi freezered family.
