MMR Jab done 9 days ago - Nappies Still Awful - Wheat, Egg, Tomato Allergic

My ds had his MMR jab 9 days ago and his nappies have been horrendous ever since (he also had a night of vomiting). He has had very soft nappies ever since. His poos have never been what I would call "normal" anyway, but at the moment they are very bad. He is also wheat, egg and tomato allergic. Any help would be appreciated if you have experience of this.

Sorry I haven't got experience of this but just took DD for her mmr and was asked if she was allergic to eggs so maybe it's worth giving your doctor a ring to check whether it can cause this sort of reaction in a child with egg allergy.
