hi, i've seen a few threads that recommended using aveeno for eczema in babies. can anyone confirm which one it is as i've seen it in my local chemists recently. could anyone describe it to me or give me a link showing the one you use. i googled it but didn't see the one i saw at the chemist and i have bought so many creams at this stage i want to be sure to get the one recommended.

I get baby bath sachets from my G.P.
Im not sure if they are all the same or if there are adult strength ones.
Im sure if you ask your G.P or HV, they will be able to advise you.
It is the only thing that we have used succesfully for more than 3 months with DD, we have been using it now for about 3 years.

hi again, dd has very dry eczema rather than a wet weepy kind. i am not in the uk so don't know about getting gp to describe this range but will ask my pharmacist.
i would always do a patch test for any new product as i know what works for some doesn't for other.
i have been using the Allergenics range and find it ok but just saw another poster say her child had a terrible reaction to it. just goes to show you can never tell.
