Tmi (poo post with pic)

Hi everyone!
I'm new here and my first post is me posting a picture of my baby poo! I'm sorry lol.

Anyway today my baby been given sma lactose free but before that we was having a bit of trouble on cow &a gate he was pooing after every feed really runny so doctor told us to try aptamil which we did he was very windy poos normal to runny but was sick a lot so today they changed me to sma Lacoste free.. is this poo normal this is what he had on apatamil. I really don't think he's lactose intolerant I thought maybe he's just got a bit of reflux so don't know weather to change his milk to sma lactose. Here's a pic of his poop
