Am I allergic to my baby?

I had my first child 8 weeks ago, since then I've developed and awful itchy rash, it looks like nettle stings, it's on my neck at the sides and back on my arms on the underside between wrist and elbow, near my armpits, and under my breasts, and lower stomach . It seems to be worse at night but doesn't really go.
I've been to doctors who are at a bit of a loss, I've been prescribed aveeno wash and moisturiser (no change) antihistamines (eases itching when really bad but doesn't clear the rash) and today a steroid cream.
Has anyone else had this? It's really annoying and looks terrible, it's making me feel like staying inside, my arms look terrible!

You won't be allergic to your baby, surely?! Are you washing your baby's clothes in something different? Is your baby formula fed? What about soap or shampoo or baby wipes?

I had this! Google PUPPS,it's quite a common thing to get post delivery, even more so if you had a boy (apparently!). Try pine tar soap, smells rank but does work. Coconut oil and antihistamines,it will go eventually though.

I hope not! 😁 Washing in Persil non bio and comfort pure, used to using whatever is on offer but not usually non bio? Used to wash ours is surf until it ran out last week and baby's in non bio seperately but the rash hasn't changed, and is in places baby clothes doesn't touch me if you see what I mean?
Baby is formula fed. Soap and shampoo same as usual except the new aveeno stuff, but rash started before the swap.

I had obstetric Cholestasis during pregnancy and also had an iron transfusion, had blood tests to see if had reaction to that but came back clear.
