Have you tried M&S? We catered for our daughter's Baptism from their food ordering catalogue. DH has a severe nut allergy and we were able to order a decent buffet from their range, without getting anything that contained or "may contain" nuts. I don't know for sure about sesame, but I think you can get ingredient lists. You can browse the catalogue here www2.marksandspencer.com/foodmagazine/foodservices/food_to_order_2006/index.shtml.

There are spicy chicken bits, Indian snacks and oriental spring rolls etc.

The actual catering service only runs out of the larger stores, but we found most of the items were also on the shelves, albeit in smaller quantities.
