Sugar free recipes please

We have been advised to remove sugar from my children's diet while we get rid of harmful bacteria and parasites found in a stool sample. We already eat grain and dairy free. Sugar alternatives like honey, maple syrup, stevia etc are not allowed either.

Please share your sugar free snacks recipes with me:
So far I have: date and coconut balls which if I add egg make a nice enough macaroon.

You can make chocolate ice cream by putting chopped up frozen banana (make sure the bananas are very ripe and chip before freezing) and cocoa powder in your mixer and mixing until it resembles Mr Whippy ice cream.

Thanks for the icecream one, we have to avoid fruit as much as possible too. Two portions a day...
