Naice egg free bday cake?

Hello

Hope it is ok to ask this here, I appreciate it is for more serious things than bday cakes...

A friend is turning 40 and we want to order a nice bday cake to take with us on our weekend away. She is allergic to egg. We are in London if that makes any difference.

Any suggestions for good egg free/allergy friendly online cake companies? I have attempted to make egg free cakes before and they are generally flat, so I am going to leave this one to the professionals!

TIA

What about making something like rocky road for her?

Sorry, the only company I knew of seems to have disappeared off the internet.

I can't recommend Cybele Pascal's Allergy free baking book enough though, it is amazing! Our cakes have always turned out delicious, light and fluffy with no egg, wheat or other top ten allergen.

I'd try Ms Cupcake as they are totally vegan so no chance of egg cross contamination.
I haven't had anything from the shop, but their recipe book has only produced delicious cakes, and no one has been able to tell that they are dairy/egg/gluten (in my case) free

there are various egg free bakeries in london like the egg free cake box which i have used before, the cakes are very good, if not very contemporary due to being cream coated as opposed to iced.
