Sorry yet another one...

How many people use them? Would prefer to use flaxseed as i am veggie, but if fish oil would help (though i assume its more likely to provoke a reaction?). LO is 7.5 months and suffering from likely food allergies and eczema

I have bad eczema myself, and have found flaxseed very good for flare ups. I used the Lorenzo's oil formula (it's not called that but you get the idea) which is a mix of flax, hemp and one or two others. But you do need a fair amount to make a difference, and it takes 3 or 4 weeks too.

Flax seed oil at this age - too young for fish.

Ds has had a tablespoon a day with probiotics for 2 years and the change has been enormous.

Remember to keep it in the fridge.

where do i get flaxseed oil in london?

i have been giving my 11 month old dd (she has mild - moderate excema) powdered probiotics since she was 8 months old. Can anyone help me with these questions:
i give 1/2 a reaspoon a day (some days i forget). should i be giving a break or just keep using it.
do i give enough?
will flaxseed oil help even more?
where do i get it from and how much do i give her?
is it safe for an 11 month old?

I would really appreciate your help withis one. the hot weather is flaring her up again so would like to maximise my use of the probiotics (which i think have helped) if possible.
think i prefer to use this to fish oils??

We get our flax seed oil in Holland and Barratt, surprisingly cheap. BIBIC told us any capsule will do, there is no special low dose for the children.

(Oh and BIBIC also told us to use our probiotics for a six week course initially, then stop. If no noticeable problems, then use eg when flares up, stressed or following illness.
