How difficult is it going to be to get a diagnosis? Should I just do a process of elimination myself? My son 22 months has always been a bit funny with milk trying to avoid it! finally found that cravendale whole milk was okay he would be happy to drink so he's been having that since about 13 months, he's always had runny sticky poo's but I thought it was normal because he was still having milk in the mornings and at night (bad mummy) then I saw my friends little girls poo when I looked after her one day and hers was totally not like my sons so asked if it was always like that and she said that's how it's meant to be (I felt so bad) i then read up on poo's so basically I've let my son have the shits for months and months :( and for a while now everytime he has milk he is violently sick about half an hour to an hour after....I bloody hate doctors and have been putting off going as I've had bad experiences of being fobbed off with minor illness diagnosis for weeks and weeks and even being refused an appointment because i was "over reacting and you shouldn't keep coming back for the same thing" and doctors explaining what a common cold was when actually he had a serious case of whooping cough and was very very unwell and ended up with a stay in hospital!
What should I do? And what will the doctors tell me to do?
Sorry for bad spelling or grammar on my phone!
