Allergies and intolerances

Is it milk allergy??

My dd has following 'issues' :
Frequent vomiting/posseting
Occasionally will have period of burping then screaming in pain
Goes 3/4 days without pooing (normal for bf babies I know) but is v uncomfortable with it- v stinky farts, strains and arches back while feeding.
Poor sleep generally.
I tried eliminating milk for 10 days, wasn't convinced I saw a difference so started eating but again on Monday. Last few days have been horrendous, she's in lots if discomfort especially overnight.
GP wasn't helpful, so I don't know what to do now. Should I cut out dairy again? Who should I try to get advice from?

I wasn't clear sorry, she is ebf, has never had formula or any other food. She is 23 weeks. Tonight she has been screaming in between 45 min sleeps, it seems like she is constipated, but that isn't supposed to happen in bf babies is it??
