Help me remember the title of this book about the arctic

This is what I remember about it:

- it was written by a woman and is partly autobiographical about her travels, including bringing her baby with her and living with inuits

- published sometime in 2009

- reviewed in the times and/or guardian sometime in the last few months

Does anyone know what book I'm thinking of?
