Whilst browsing an online bookshop I came across this and thought it looked interesting. Has anyone read it? Would you recommend it?

I read it and enjoyed it. It was like a whodunnit but I also enjoyed the book itself, and the characters. Sometimes when I'm reading a whodunnit sort of book I'm just racing to the end, speedreading.

I found it deathly dull. I bought it for easy reading but it was just boring.

I couldn't read it; read a couple of pages and thought it was excrutiating.

I thought it was pretty rubbish. Read like a meh episode of a TV cop show.

one of the most badly written and trite storylines I've ever come across......

don't mind! I enjoyed it. It's interesting to see so many people thought it was dull. I bought her other one too.

Crazy as Chocolate. It wasn't relentlessly upbeat but for some reason, I couldn't put it down.

I think I like reading about disfunctional families!

I couldn't put it down - but was very over rated.

I thought it wasn't bad - surprisingly lightweight chick lit feel at times given the subject matter.

Wow that's really sweet of you BBeingpatient but as I live in France I think that would be asking too much! However, I will be in the UK over xmas & would gladly pay the postage to have it sent then. Would that be ok?

I got in from the library and thought it was quite good, but I know a lot of people who've hated it.

Bunjies I have a copy here in France that I was about to give away to the library - it's yours if you want it!

I borrowed it from a friend who said it was great and thought it was a pile of boring tosh!

I found it excrutiatingly tedious. On a par with those God-awful Jodie Picoult bolleaux.

Only kept with it because it was a bad book club choice. We all hated it.

I thought it was awful, I really struggled to get to the end.

I struggled to finish it & I like Jodi Picoult. Pointless & boring.

To add my voice to the chorus, I thought it was rubbish too and it was so predictable that I thought she must be about to pull off a really amazing twist... but no.

DS bought it for me at an airport because 'it looks like the kind of thing you like'.

I was disappointed too tbh.

I can't actually remember anything about it now though hmm

It wasnt as good as you wanted it to be - good idea but the plot was given away too early

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
