May I be proud?

We just had DD1's year 11 parents evening.

Every teacher thinks she is working hard Smile, even though she doesn't always find it easy.

She is predicted better grades than I would ever have though likely when she came to us nearly 8 years ago, and better grades than her y6 SATs would generally lead to.

Mind you, I'm learning more than I ever particularly wanted to know about uses for dead buffalo, and how to say 'smoking is bad for your health' in two foreign languages!

Just got to keep going for the next 7 months!
