Most Children's Centre nurseries offer 2 year places. Lots of community pre-schools do here as well.

Our la has a list on their website with a list of all nurseries and whether or not they provide 2 year old funded places.
It was pretty well hidden though.

Our nursery offers it - just a normal private day nursery. I'm told that the funding for 2 year olds is better than for 3 year olds. My monthly bill has more than halved :))

Most nurseries will accept it now, just ring them and ask.
Make sure you have it in writing that you are entitled to it.

Many childminders accept it too

Hi bberry, Our HV had a list of places that accepted it and our SW told us of some that she had visited that seemed good. We just had to produce birth certificate which we had to get from LA and sign some papers and the nursery did the rest. Added bonus was getting original birth certificate, think they've forgotten we have it.
