Ahh, the delights of chocolate!!

I have two hyper and excited children shrieking about nothing while playing games together. Yes they are really actually playing together today!! Long may it last!

I have a lovely handsome 8 year old, with chocolate smears round his mouth and more energy than Usain Bolt on red bull.

Plus a sweet, silly, hyper, clumsy and shrieking 2 year old. Ditto chocolate stains, plus a healthy does of normal 2 year old behaviour - "Mine Mine!!", "No!", "Gimme!", no ability to stay on task for more than 5 minutes, minor few minute tantrums every hour

Oddly, my darling toddler appears to be afflicted with a strange physical malady, which gives her the bodily appearance of a 17 year old [buconfused] But no, definitely a 2 year old.

And yes, shock horror, it's a positive post from me [bugrin] After a horrific week, I am having an exhausting but satisfying (!!) Easter Sunday. Not even cutesy FaceBook messages can ruin this for me. Days like this keep me going through the rough weeks [busmile]

Easter Sunday is the one day a year my children can have chocolate for breakfast.
Hopefully creating happy memories.
[bugrin] Usain Bolt on red bull. Fantastic.

I was really confused at the start of your post, Lilka. I was thinking 'I'm sure she doesn't have a 2 year old and her gd isn't that age yet?' But that was lovely. So glad you're getting a day off the crap!

My dd had a chocolate buttons egg for breakfast and ds had the remains of his Dominos pizza. Do I get mother of the year award??

What happened there Italian? Grin

The day ended well, so basically the best day I've had in a good while :) :)

DD is basically a toddler mixed with hormones, some teenage thoughts, and an adult body. So I have a 2 year old really. Well, in one sense... real 2 year olds are easier than this one Grin In all seriousness, DD likes Barbie videos, 'baby dolls', children's books in the 5-7 and 7-9 age categories, CBeebies (and CBBC, minus the banned evil Tracy Beaker...). So thinking toddler really works for her. Unless you're birth mum, in which case think teenager and then be surprised when she coos over the Bratz dolls when you take her shopping (yes really people, they went shopping this week...FFS).

DGD is 11 months old today by the way...my God how time flies Shock In one month we'll be having a little first birthday party Shock
