Been looking into leave at work. Huge huge company. Maternity pay seems pretty standard, and its adoption pay for adopting any child under aged 18 as long as one of you are not related is exactly the same pay as maternity.
But if you have a baby throughout surrogacy, even if it is biological both yours and your husbands, you are I titled to no pay/leave. You can save up your annual leave, or negotiate if they will let you take a short spell of unpaid leave, but that is it.
