Can we have another "I have if you want" swap thread?

(952 Posts)
Thurlow Fri 16-May-14 20:36:53

I have a few things that need a new home, but I'm also gratuitously looking for something grin I don't think we've had a trade thread for a while?

I have...

A pair of blue toddler wellies, size 5, with a tractor on the side which desperately need rehoming so DD will stop trying to cram her too large feet into them

A pair of black Clarks girls trainers, 5F, with some bright pink and blue neon flashes on them - I can't find a picture of them but they're fantastic, especially if you don't like overly 'girly' shoes

A burgundy lace effect skater dress from Oliver Bonas (I think it's a Poem dress), it's sleeveless and relatively long for a skater dress. Again I can't find a picture but I could probably take one if someone is interested. It's a thick lace pattern, I used to wear it to a smart office. Size 8-10, sleeveless, came just above my knee but I'm only 5'1. It's too nice a dress and too smart and too little worn to go to a charity shop really.

And I'm gratuitously after...

A really good big showy necklace, costume jewellery really, that would add some colour or sparkle to a black v-neck dress for an 'evening dress' wedding.

Anyone else got anything tucked away?

MrsLeonard Fri 16-May-14 20:38:50

oooooh yes. i am moving house soon so have tons to get rid of. will need to sort through it though, and most of it will probably need collecting

Annunziata Fri 16-May-14 20:41:35

I have a small green Jack Wills hoody if anyone wants it?

MrsLeonard Fri 16-May-14 20:44:17

how small please? and what are you looking for in return?

Fcukfifa Fri 16-May-14 20:44:25

Oh man I've just thrown away a topshop yellow statement necklace, some of the jewels fell out sad( was not impressed for £40 smackers!

Annunziata Fri 16-May-14 20:46:25

Size 8. The hood is not drawstring through so it really is small.

I don't think I'm looking for anything just now smile

Thurlow Fri 16-May-14 20:46:45

Damn it, fcukfifa, what happened to your psychic abilities?! wink

It's actually one of the main reasons I'm asking - things like that you pay money for and then only wear the once. Thought it might be better and nicer all round to do it in a swapsy. This way the collective good of everyone sharing with everyone else means the karma is all good!

RedPony Fri 16-May-14 20:51:09

I have a single Divan bed to give away and am looking for any odd house bits and bobs that are essentials you don't think of smile

voodoochimp Fri 16-May-14 21:05:56

I (well DD) has quite a few Lego Simpsons Minifigure duplicates if anyone wants to swop?

MrsLeonard Fri 16-May-14 21:06:45

ah, wont fit me am a 14. shame i love green. i will have various bits and bobs coming up. to the op- what colour of necklace are you after?

Thurlow Fri 16-May-14 21:09:34

Anything! Dress is plain black, haven't bought any shoes yet so just looking for something, you know like the colourful Accessorize costume necklaces?

MrsLeonard Fri 16-May-14 21:12:04

hmmmmm something sparkly? i have a necklace in various shades of blue with gold chain running through?

Thurlow Fri 16-May-14 21:12:56

Ooh, blue would always be my go-to colour. Would it work with a deep v-neck, do you think?

MrsLeonard Fri 16-May-14 21:27:23

i should think so. cant send until tuesday but if you pm your address i will get it ready smile

Thurlow Fri 16-May-14 21:46:52

Star grin

TheCunkOfPhilomena Fri 16-May-14 21:47:57

I have this necklace if you'd like it. It's sort of bronze with clear glass gems. I am rubbish with jewellery so sorry I can't describe it any better confused

TheCunkOfPhilomena Fri 16-May-14 21:48:31

I am also rubbish at taking non-blurry photos, sorry... blush

EvilHerbivore Fri 16-May-14 21:55:45

I have some kids toys, give me a bit and I'll have a proper look...

Thurlow Fri 16-May-14 21:58:37

Philomena that's really pretty but have PM'd MrsLeonard, I think the colour will be good. Hopefully someone else will like it though.

Just like last time I started a thread like this, no one ever needs my shoes!

Thurlow Fri 16-May-14 21:59:07

PS - great name, btw!

TheCunkOfPhilomena Fri 16-May-14 22:04:44

Ha! you never know! Thank you, she is brilliant and I can't wait for the next series of weekly wipe.

BigRoundCheese Fri 16-May-14 22:10:23

I'd love the dress in your op, but it sounds too good to go for free. I don't have any statement jewellery but is there anything else you need?

Hmm. To go, I have a fish tank, bowl with gravel and ornament, but impossible to post! A blue h&m dress, around a size 10, wrap around style with a tie around the waist and a new look peach dress, size 8 or 10 maybe.

lucysmam Fri 16-May-14 22:11:44

I have a couple of little girls swimsuits I was going to start a thread offering, will check sizes and post properly in the morning smile

A wooden changing table/3 drawer chest!

Thurlow Fri 16-May-14 22:11:59

What's the peach dress like? We.could.swap? I just want that dress to be used!

RandomMess Fri 16-May-14 22:12:51

Shoes, what size shoes...

Thurlow Fri 16-May-14 22:18:26

Kids shoes grin

BigRoundCheese Fri 16-May-14 22:19:27

Like this thurlow. It's a nice dress but the colour doesn't suit me one inch! It's not lined, so nice and light for summer

littleseahorse Fri 16-May-14 22:22:52

Mamas and Papas isofix base for the baby seat sitting at the top of my stairs, Glasgow area

Twenty Barbie dolls or thereabouts...

babybearsmummy Fri 16-May-14 22:24:31

Hmm, I have a swarovski necklace, the same as the one in the picture. On the fastening end, it has a little sliver heart with a tiny round swarovski crystal too. (actual photos can be provided!) If anyone's interested. It's never been worn as I just don;t wear jewellery anymore :/

Would love a nice light summer dress (size 10)

Having a clear out sesh tomorrow, so may be back with other offers grin

I would take some barbie dolls off your hands! smile

Thurlow Fri 16-May-14 22:25:12

Am on my phone so will look properly in the morning but the dress is.yours!

Thurlow Fri 16-May-14 22:26:03

I'll check my other dresses tomorrow, I might have something.

littleseahorse Fri 16-May-14 22:32:02

Cool, how many?? I will give a full list tomorrow of what we have, they are in DD's room. She has agreed to them all going. Actually technically, I think there are some princesses too.

babybearsmummy Fri 16-May-14 22:34:25

If anyone is offering up a set of In The Night Garden figures (iggle piggle, upsy daisy, makka pakka, and the tombliboos) then I would gladly have them off your hands for my daughter's 2nd birthday cake.

If anyone has, please let me know what you'd like as a swap and I'll have a rummage x

caz1010 Fri 16-May-14 22:35:58

have pm'd you annu

Oooooh... Let me know what you have... How old is your DD? Can I give her anything in return??!

Howmuch101 Fri 16-May-14 22:46:02

Ooh I have loads of baby stuff with tags. Marking place.

neddle Fri 16-May-14 22:49:16

Oooh, I was just thinking about this sort of thread the other day.

I have some ovulation testing sticks going free.

I'd like some maternity trousers if anyone has some unwanted (ov sticks worked grin).

Also, some girly baby clothes as I only have boys stuff (which I need to sort through, but will be available shortly).

littleseahorse Fri 16-May-14 22:52:53

Hi, she is 10, don't worry, happy for the Barbies to have a home. Have checked, we have six variously blonde Barbies, one dark one, a ballet one whose limbs move, a ballet one whose dress is part of her body, a ridiculously tall one who has impossibly long legs (more so than usual)and may not be a Barbie, and a Moxie girl, plus weensy Barbie petites. And an assortment of clothes and bits and pieces.

littleseahorse Fri 16-May-14 22:56:19

I also have a size 10 sundress from Monsoon which is turquoise with black and white embriodery on the chest and hem. It has been worn once and is not my colour.
I am sure I will find more tomorrow.

TheCunkOfPhilomena Fri 16-May-14 22:57:04

babybearsmummy I only have Iggle Piggle and Upsy Daisy but they are still in the box! You are welcome to them if you like.

EvilHerbivore Fri 16-May-14 23:02:57

I have some fireman Sam figures and Fire engines if anyone has a little one into that? DS not that bothered really...

EvilHerbivore Fri 16-May-14 23:07:24

Oh and slightly more random but before i bin them - an unopened pack of 2 softcup things, if anyone wanted to try them?

EvilHerbivore Fri 16-May-14 23:08:50

Oh, and last thing, some blue leather baby sandals un good condition...

TheCunkOfPhilomena Fri 16-May-14 23:09:58

oh good god Evil how much would you like for them, the Fireman Sam bits? I could give you my soul if you like? grin

ilovemydoggy Fri 16-May-14 23:13:46

I have a swimming costume in black one shoulder with flowers can post picture tomorrow. Never worn is a size 16 but would say more 14 not suitable if you have big boobies as no support hence why I want rid. Need another swimming costume/bikini in size 16.

TheCunkOfPhilomena Fri 16-May-14 23:18:10

Off to bed now but shall be back in the morning.

McPhee Fri 16-May-14 23:18:39

Marking place!

I loved this the last time it was done.

EvilHerbivore Fri 16-May-14 23:23:30

TheCunk grin you have a little one keen on him then?! I think I've got 2 fire engines and 2/3 figures? Big DS has enough understatement! but I have a very nearly one year old DS if you have anything to swap for in that age?

McPhee Fri 16-May-14 23:26:25

I would love a tweenies cd. Please let me know what you'd like in return. [Smile]

StrawberryGashes Sat 17-May-14 00:32:47

littleseahorse could the isofix base be used with a maxicosi car seat?

Joules68 Sat 17-May-14 00:35:29

Swimming costumes! Yes it's that time of year again...

Will have to see what we have.... Quite a while since I've had a clear out

littleseahorse Sat 17-May-14 05:59:59

strawberry, I don't think so, the website says Prima Viaggio or Vito car seats, which are Mamas and Papas brands. It is a bit limiting!

lucysmam Sat 17-May-14 09:37:41

littleseahorse what are you wanting to swap the Monsoon dress for? It sounds lovely!

The little girls cossies I have are a 3-4, both pink & hardly worn (will have to post next week though if anyone wants them) smile

DigitConfusion2 Sat 17-May-14 09:39:03

Does anyone have either a bikini (more worried about the top bit) or underwired swimming costume for epic boob proportions...probably a 34GG or H? Am a size 12/14.

I am happy to pay or rummage for a swap.

GreenBudgie Sat 17-May-14 09:59:18

I have several boxed, unopened, bath sets, Dove brand. All unwanted gifts. My location is on my profile, would be too heavy to post. :-).

Have emailed woman's aid to try and donate this but no one has got back to me ...

TheCunkOfPhilomena Sat 17-May-14 10:09:09

Evil yes, my DS is Fireman Sam mad... However, as it turns out, I won't actually need them now as my DM has just bought him a load of FS bits on a FB selling page! Talk about coincidence! Thank you sooo much and I bet you'll get someone else willing to take them off your hands in no time!!!

Thank you again. I shall have a look for bits for a 1 yo but not sure if I have anything as most of DS' bits have been donated already, you never know though wink

HappyMummyOfOne Sat 17-May-14 10:17:24

Thurlow, did you find a necklace?

I have a tankini from tesco, i think the top is size 16 and the bottom size 14 never worn,

I also have a dvd knocked up if anyone would like it

Can send photos if needed,

If anyone has some dressing up bits or any puzzles for my dd who is 2.5 (anything between 20 and 50pieces)

bumbumsmummy Sat 17-May-14 10:30:27

I have a John freida unopened repair shampoo happy to post am sorting out the loft today so marking place

babybearsmummy Sat 17-May-14 10:46:40

I have these shoes. They're a size 5 but are quite a wide fit so fit a 6 too (I bought them as a size 6)

They've never been worn as I bought them for a Christmas party, but changed my mind and have since had my little girl and my arches have sunk so I can't get my feet in them!

Would happily swap for a nice summer dress, or In The Night Garden bits. I'm in West Oxfordshire (Close to Eynsham) if anyone would prefer to collect or I may be able to post.

cherrypez Sat 17-May-14 11:03:40

voodoo chimp I have Lisa if you want to swap her for another Simpson?

EasyWhiteChocolate Sat 17-May-14 11:10:35

I have two large pictures; one black and white image of river and mountains in what I think is China, silver frame. Other ungraded canvas, trees down a path. I think they're both from Ikea so nothing fancy. The first one does have a small scratch on it. I'll upload pics when I have a chance.

Nothing I need yet but I do want to redecorate my bedroom soon so I'm place marking for now!

Thurlow Sat 17-May-14 12:03:12

I did, thank you happymummy. Bigroundcheese, I'll swap dresses if you want? That looks a nice summery one!

littleseahorse Sat 17-May-14 12:17:19

lucysmam, oooh, I don't know! I suit darker colours. Anything really, I don't get a chance to buy myself things at the moment, maybe a top? Let me try and post a photo of the dress when I get home.

justkeeponsmiling Sat 17-May-14 12:40:21

Needle congratulations! smile
I know it's a bit early and maybe random, but I have a "babygap" snowsuit in pink, 6-12 monthscwith detachable bootees and gloves. It is hardly used and looks like new, and sounds like it might be the right size for your little girl by next winter?
Happy to post it to you if you are interested

lucysmam Sat 17-May-14 13:05:12

hmmm, I don't think I have anything much left little, have just cleared twenty or so bags to the charity shop in the past few weeks shock (not all mine!). I'll have a look the next time I head inside & report back. If not I'm sure someone else will have something suitable to swap smile

lucysmam Sat 17-May-14 16:08:36

Just tried the 4-5 cossies on dd2 and they seem a bit tight too so might have them to offer too later on smile

Confusedaboutstatements Sat 17-May-14 16:15:30

Does anyone have any shoes/trainers in a size 9 for my niece? She has had a massive growth spurt suddenly and dsis is struggling to keep up. I can swap boys clothes in age 2-3 or boys shoes in a size 6 for a toddler.

Mignonette Sat 17-May-14 16:48:24

I have a new hardback copy of 'The Yorkshire Shepherdess' that I was given.

I am always after American fiction and non fiction, Cook books (if I haven't already got it) and will consider any book really. I also have Anne Plichota's 'Oksa, the forest of lost souls' brand new and in hardback if anybody wants it?

lucysmam Sat 17-May-14 16:56:04

Mignonette I have nothing to swap for your book but it sounds my sort of thing...have you read it? (I'll look it up on amazon later too)

Mignonette Sat 17-May-14 17:02:43

You are welcome to it anyway. PM me if you want to go ahead. Which book BTW? Or both?

Yes have read the shepherdess one- it is a good undemanding read about a lifestyle far removed from mine.

lucysmam Sat 17-May-14 17:09:15

Sorry blush I meant the forest of lost souls one! Sounds right up my alley just from the title.

Mignonette Sat 17-May-14 17:33:26

Yes, happy to send it. PM me if you'd like it Lucy. You can always give me a false name if you want to stay anon. It'll still get there smile.

whymummywhy Sat 17-May-14 17:35:32

ENormaSnob Sat 17-May-14 17:56:54

Just letting you all know that there are some less than honest people on here.

I arranged a swap on the jan thread. No items. No reply to emails.

Theiving cow. Hope it was worth it.

lucysmam Sat 17-May-14 17:57:26

Brilliant, I'll look forward to it dropping through the door! Have amazon-ed & is definately my sort of book (will pm you now) smile Thank-you very much!

Mignonette Sat 17-May-14 18:01:44

FourAndDone Sat 17-May-14 18:04:54

Busy bee- I'd love the dexter box set please!
I have some pale blue/turquoise converse high tops kids size 9. Unisex too. Worn but washed and good con. If anyone interested?
Also if there is anything you are after busy ee please let me know smile

I have quite a few size 8 dorothy perkins jeans, gonna have a dig around see what else I can find smile

HotSauceCommittee Sat 17-May-14 18:08:01

BusyBee, I would love the Dexter box set. Would a size 14 coral and white patterned Boden swim suit (medium to small boobs. Mine were too big for it) interest you? Or a Joules mint green, pink and white summer dress? Good size twelve and lined? Or do you like books or Angry Birds canvas baseball boots, child's size 10/11, hardly worn? I also have some black and white converse in the same size, but a good deal scruffier.

HotSauceCommittee Sat 17-May-14 18:29:28

That's a shame, Enorma. I participated a few years ago and a lovely poster, *BodyofEyore" sent me a smashing cardigan for my DS. I didn't send anything back, she wasn't bothered about anything back, so I "paid it forward" by sending another person a baby monitor. Do you think that is what could have happened?

BigRoundCheese Sat 17-May-14 18:46:23

Thurlow, I'll pm you once I've wrangled my toddler to bed

TheReluctantCountess Sat 17-May-14 18:54:48

HotSauce, I used to be BodyOfEeyore. smile

I have a pair of boy's jeans, from TU, age 6, in great condition.
Also three pairs of grey school trousers, age 6-7, worn but in good condition.
Happy to post.

Wellthen Sat 17-May-14 19:00:03

I have a washing machine. 2 years old but only used for about 9 months as we lived in a flat with no washer for a small while.

sleeping bunnies I would be interested in the chest of drawers. Does the changing table bit come off? We don't need it right now but hopefully will do in a couple of years!

TheDudess Sat 17-May-14 19:02:06

I have a bundle of size 12 maternity clothes that I can't be arsed ebaying. Includes a nice purple dress and black swimming costume from mamas and papas. Please PM me if you'd like them and will pop them in the post.

Trazzletoes Sat 17-May-14 19:08:10

I have a copy of the Unofficial Guide to Disney Florida 2014 if anyone wants it? It's still in good condition. <awaits deathly silence>

hoppingmad Sat 17-May-14 19:15:45

Evil do you still have the fireman Sam stuff? Dt's would love it, they are 2 so probably have various things I could swap depending on what you are looking for?

neddle I have a pair of black very stretchy and light weight maternity trousers from newlook, size 14 if you would like them?

EvilHerbivore Sat 17-May-14 19:31:44

hopping yep, still have them smile

EvilHerbivore Sat 17-May-14 19:34:17

Sorry, missed the second bit - anything a one year old would like, anything your 2 have grown out of? Especially any In The Night Garden stuff?

HygieneFreak Sat 17-May-14 19:38:10

I have a pair of these in size 6. Only worn 3 times as sadly they were too small for me

hoppingmad Sat 17-May-14 19:40:23

Hmm, no night garden stuff. They have a soft rocking police bike but that would probably be stupid money to post. I will check in the morning - clothes or toys?

lucysmam Sat 17-May-14 19:40:40

Anyone want little girls' 3-4 or 4-5 swimming cossies? They're all pink & hardly been worn smile

hoppingmad Sat 17-May-14 19:41:28

Or sleeping bags? I have quite a few sleeping bags if anyone needs one

EvilHerbivore Sat 17-May-14 19:48:51

hopping toys if you have them? We have DS1s clothes still left smile

RunningKatie Sat 17-May-14 19:51:08

lucysmam - dd is 3 but they would be handy.

What are you looking for? smile

FarToGo Sat 17-May-14 19:52:17

HauntedNoddyCar is that backpack still available? I live in London so could pick up.

I've got a pink bumbo with tray, ideally a pick up as it would be awkward to post.
Big bag of baby girl dresses, most hardly worn.

FourAndDone Sat 17-May-14 19:53:42

I also have a boys 4-5 adidas track suit. Very good condition smile

FourAndDone Sat 17-May-14 19:54:34

Sorry tracksuit is navy blue and a paler blue. Very nice not chavvy

RunningKatie Sat 17-May-14 19:54:35

Ooh, just thought, i have a Veet hair wax hair removal kit thingy. I got it as a product trial and can't use it, i need to get rid as it's bugging me.

SteadyEddie Sat 17-May-14 19:55:44

I dont want to swap as I have enough 'stuff' blush

However I have the following if someone would like them.

A girls green duffle coat from Next, size 5-6. Its an apple green colour and in quite good condition. Would be great for next winter.

Girls white tap shoes, size 8. Hardly used as DD gave up after 2 weeks.

FourAndDone Sat 17-May-14 19:56:16

Running- can't you use it as a punishment on dh when he doesn't put his fucking stinking socks in the laundry basket!

Filimou Sat 17-May-14 19:58:35

Ive a bottle of Elizabeth Arden 'Red Door'...literally had one spray out, decided its not my kind of smell, but obvs because its open I cant return it.....booo

RunningKatie Sat 17-May-14 20:00:09

grin fouranddone - he inevitably throws socks at the basket when i'm walking past it.

It's a veet easywax system plus extra kit for legs. I'm sure it'll be useful for the summer if you can take pain

FourAndDone Sat 17-May-14 20:03:49

I can't handle the pain running.blush
I show my legs a razor every now and again but it's like a bloodbath afterwards!sad
Tempting, I could surprise dh while he sleepsgrin

HillyHolbrook Sat 17-May-14 20:06:14

Kate What would you want for the waxing kit? I'd love one, I need a good waxing before my holiday but I'm too skint to pay someone to do it for me!

Locketjuice Sat 17-May-14 20:07:13

Far to go- what age baby dresses?what would you like to swap? smile

BikeRunSki Sat 17-May-14 20:10:36

steadyeddie I'd love the green duffle coat for dd.

I have only have more babyish stuff-

ELC baby wooden jigsaws 123 and ABC (the type where you put the picture in the hole)
Age 2-3 pink fleece Peppa Pig onsie
Age 3-4 Boden swimsuit, pale green with Apple/cherry on front and pink skirt/frill thing

ENormaSnob Sat 17-May-14 20:11:17

No hotsauce. That would've been fine.

She was supposed to send a perfume in return for a top and a lipstick.

I i sent my items in good faith. Never recieved hers. And no rsponse to emails etc.

Pissed off as was on mat leave n skint at the time.

FarToGo Sat 17-May-14 20:12:15

Locket - they're newborn - 3months, maybe a couple of 3-6 months too.
They've been under my bed since last year so I'd have to check smile

AuditAngel Sat 17-May-14 20:14:24

SteadyEddie I'd love the white tap shoes please?

What would you like in return?

Thurlow how were the shoes last summer for your DD? What size is she now? I may have some more (I have a charity shop bag on the go but can't remember what I have put in it)

Filimou Sat 17-May-14 20:14:33

Thats pretty shit enorma.

FarToGo Sat 17-May-14 20:14:58

I've also got an ELC buggy driver in pink, no box and rarely played with.

Filimou Sat 17-May-14 20:17:45

I also have quite a few books if anyone fancies a book swap?
Boy in the striped pyjamas
The book thief
No time to say goodbye and Fear the worst both by Lynwood Barclay and a few others (ill have a dig around).

Having a clearout tomorrow so will have more to add.

HauntedNoddyCar Sat 17-May-14 20:19:40

FarToGo I have pmed you.

Thurlow Sat 17-May-14 20:27:34

That's really shit, enorma sad

Audit, they were fantastic - she was wearing a pair today, the little blue canvas pair with flowers! All the pairs were well used and well loved. She's a midget and barely grown in a year, someone on one of these threads sent me an amazing package of Boden and Monsoon clothes so that DD would have something to wear for a wedding and she is still wearing all of them (if you're reading this, thank you!)

She's only a 6.5f now. If you have any others they would be much loved, DD seems to love your taste grin

bigroundcheese, no rush, I probably won't get to post until Tuesday.

I still have the wellies and girls trainers if anyone needs them...

RunningKatie Sat 17-May-14 20:28:30

Yay! lemonycrickets you are welcome to it.

I have a dd of 3 and a ds of 18m, have you anything for them or their frazzled mother?! wink

I have these three dresses, all size 18. The red one and the greeny patterned one have never been worn; red one still has tags. Purple one has been worn a few times but still plenty of life in it.

Would swap for size 16-18 summer clothes - tops especially needed!

lucysmam Sat 17-May-14 20:31:24

Running, I'm not fussed tbh - in the middle of a clear out. I like random quid shop kitchen gadgets & costume jewellery if you have anything lurking but if not no worries. Which age do you want & I'll post mid-week ish with dd2 if that's ok? smile

HillyHolbrook Sat 17-May-14 20:37:29

Kate You big on makeup? I have a barely used Laura Mercier eyeshadow palette that the lady in Space NK flirted me into buying, and a few lip products that don't suit me going begging. I'll post photos of swatches if you're interested?

happybubblebrain Sat 17-May-14 20:39:01

I have a loft full of old junk and a skip full of plastic tat. I would like a house in Brighton and a holiday home near Barcelona in return. Form a nice queue.

BikeRunSki Sat 17-May-14 20:40:15

I have a tube of "Perfect Blur" that just made my skin tingle. I have used one squirt.

HauntedNoddyCar Sat 17-May-14 20:41:58

It's a Tomy Dream Rider

Filimou Sat 17-May-14 20:43:36

julietbravojuliet I have some summer tops (including a pink sparkly vest top thingy) and a couple of summer dresses size 16-18.
Im out at the mo can send pics tomorrow am if you like? If youll hang on to dresses til then.
(I was a size 16 pre dc....then ballooned to a 22, now at 18). spose could hang on to them but determined to treat myself to new wardrobe....

Filimou Sat 17-May-14 20:45:45

Ooooo I also have a wedding/bridesmaid dress. White floor length one shoulder (flower detail on shoulder), sweetheart neckline. Size 18/20, but corset backed so quite generous in the bust.

RunningKatie Sat 17-May-14 20:46:32

lucysmam - i will raid my kitchen cupboards, you don't want chopsticks by any chance do you?! I think you live near me, i remember your name from a half term thread smile not stalking for free stuff. Please could we have the larger cossie?

lemony - really not make up, dh would wonder where his casual dw had disappeared to. I love books so a random book would be fab.

lucysmam Sat 17-May-14 20:49:15

No probs, pm me & I'll add them to my small pile for posting next week smile

Filimou would definitely be interested in some tops smile

Anyone got an old 50s/60s British Motor Cycle in need of some TLC ?

Filimou Sat 17-May-14 20:52:08

No worries juliet Ill take some pics soon as I can in the morning.

AuditAngel Sat 17-May-14 21:01:31

Thurlow what clothes size is she? I have a beautiful denim pinafore (Elle) that DD2 refuses to wear.

HillyHolbrook Sat 17-May-14 21:01:43

Kate I'm sure that can be arranged! Genre? I'm a book hoarder so I have a fair lot to choose from. Just don't want to send chick lit to a sci-fi fanwink Pm me!

If anyone is interested in a makeup swap I have the Laura mercier palette, a set of mini Ted Baker perfumes that a DD might like, and 7 lip products I'm looking to get rid of. They've all barely been used but I'm a makeup maven anyway so I sanitise everything weekly and it's all in perfect condition. In lipsticks, I have a few peachy shades, a pinky gloss, a deep burgundy and a black which would be fab in a DCs dressing up box if you're being a witch, or need to draw on a pirate beard, or on someone braver than me!

I'd be glad of some good books, any genre, 34F-G cup bikini tops or clothes in a size 12-14. I love makeup, jewellery and nail polishes too.

I'll post swatches on request, I'm having uploading ishoos atmhmm

Munxx Sat 17-May-14 21:02:53

BikeRunSki I have PMd you.

TheReluctantCountess Sat 17-May-14 21:09:27

If anyone is in West Yorkshire and wants a sand and water table, ds no longer wants his.

Giraffeski Sat 17-May-14 21:15:50

I have a large green necklace not dissimilar to this but a bit shorter if that helps?
Also have a pair of Clarks first walkers size 4f, dark purple Mary Jane style.

Got loads of bits and bobs, will have a look later. I love these threads.

Oh, just remembered- we have lots of things in the loft that people gave us when DD2 was born that have never been used by us- eg TWO sterilisers, one of those trikes which pushes along with a handle, oh, lots of stuff.

A white Nintendo DS, with charger.

Giraffeski Sat 17-May-14 21:20:03

Oh and I have this dress which has never been worn.
Will have to look at size as can't remember but it's prob a size 12.

HillyHolbrook Sat 17-May-14 21:22:38

I also have a mini table ping pong set with net, paddles and ball, and a miniature jigsaw of the world mapgrin

Giraffeski Sat 17-May-14 21:22:56

Annunziata- my DD would really love the Jack Wills hoody!

Giraffeski Sat 17-May-14 21:25:12

Ooh, I also have a pack of baby pasta which was sent by Ocado as a free gift. Will happily put in post if anyone can use it as we are a gluten free household!

Giraffeski Sat 17-May-14 21:28:26

I also have a Persona machine if anyone wants it.

RunningKatie Sat 17-May-14 21:30:21

Lemony and Lucysman - you have mail smile

EvilHerbivore Sat 17-May-14 21:30:58

Giraffeski DS2 would love a little push along trike like that, could you give any indication whereabouts you are as Im guessing it'd most a bit to post?

lucysmam Sat 17-May-14 21:54:43

Giraffeski that dress is lush smile

FourAndDone Sat 17-May-14 22:08:23

Girrasfeki- that dress is gorgeous!

babybearsmummy Sat 17-May-14 22:09:04

Giraffeski If your dress hasn't been snapped up, what would you like as a swap? x

peppersquint Sat 17-May-14 22:09:36

A bit ambitious this - I have a five bed house in the Vendee in France that I would like to swap for a two/three bed in Merseyside smile

HillyHolbrook Sat 17-May-14 22:18:32

Peppersquint Why didn't you ask me this 6 months ago? We just sold a 3 bed in Liverpool after a relative passed away! DP and I were looking to move to France soon! Damn it! I hope someone takes you up, that'll be like a fairytale.

peppersquint Sat 17-May-14 22:22:31

Lemoney - damn it!! Thank you - would indeed be a fairytale! Good luck with your move/future plans

ssd Sat 17-May-14 22:34:12

wow what a pity about the houseswap!!

EasyCompadre Sat 17-May-14 22:36:38

I have 2 GroSwaddles in girly fabric that are in need of a good home, my baby girl is not a fan!

I also have a duplicate Lamaze caterpillar - this one...

I would like some nice fabric/board books to read with my new baby - particularly those black & white board books for newborns etc.
Would also love some Lamaze type toys to hang from her play gym and a car seat spiral.

babybearsmummy sorry i am a bit late to the thread, but are those purple party shoes still available? It's the kind of thing I never want to spend much money on cos they are worn so rarely, but want to have some for those occasions! If they are, what are you looking for in exchange?

babybearsmummy Sat 17-May-14 23:02:54

Yes they are sausage was looking for some in the night garden plastic figures (makka pakka and the tombliboos) for DD's 2nd birthday cake. Or a summer dress (size 10)

Would you need them posted? x

sorry, no size 10's here! Don't think we have any ITNG stuff any more as DS3 is 3.6, but will have a dig around in the morning x

HotSauceCommittee Sun 18-May-14 08:47:04

Countess, would you like any of my stuff? I don't need anything, but I am very happy so see you again after you did something nice for us, so do let me know?

HotSauceCommittee Sun 18-May-14 08:49:37

I've got a nice little bottle of M&S perfume, if you'd like it Enorma? Unused, light, summer? In the spirit of "what goes around, comes around". PM me and I'd be happy to send it.

Trazzletoes Sun 18-May-14 09:11:27

SpecialStuff Sun 18-May-14 09:20:06

StudyFullTime Sun 18-May-14 09:29:35

I have a blue black out curtain up for grabs, need some size 14 maternity clothes if anyone has any.

Cinnamoncookie Sun 18-May-14 09:47:06

I have a television, but I'm not going to post it grin

It's non-flatscreen, about 50x50x50cm, with remote, non-digital so you would need an external freeview box, has a scart input and a normal aeriel input, but no hdmi etc. Manufactured in the mid-1990s I think. Perfect working order, I just don't need it any more.

Would need a car to collect it from east London.

Sparkle9 Sun 18-May-14 10:19:33

I've got a bravissimo tankini to swap. I'll need to look it out but it is probably a size 12/14 bottom with a top that fits 32-34 F/G. It's not underwired but is really supportive with a bra back and halterneck. It has only been worn on one holiday. The bottoms are black with a little colourful for belt (optional) and the top is black with multi coloured pattern. It's nice and I can take photos later. It's too small for me at the moment.

I'm looking for short length maternity jeans in a 12 (next ones seem to fit) or unisex baby things for a newborn or a baby monitor (video?) or other essentials for a newborn or a gorgeous maternity dress suitable for a wedding when I will be 34 weeks pregnant in September (I'm usually a 14 in dresses on account of my bust).

Thurlow Sun 18-May-14 10:40:40

Special, I have a quite large 0.5 tog growing if you want it?

ChaffinchOfDoom Sun 18-May-14 13:36:45

nilbyname Sun 18-May-14 17:42:31

Hi Badger, I would interested in your jeans if they are skinny?

I have a size 8 top from Yumi, new with tags that you could have. Its a pelum style top in a grey silky material with buttons up the back? It has a small 1950s print on it. Its really cool, but I am not of the peplum shape!

nilbyname Sun 18-May-14 17:46:54

i have a chocolate brown wrap style, short sleeved dress. Its a 10. I also have a snakeskin print, exposed zip (at the back) l/s dress from TOPSHOP, size ten. It is sort of a chiffon material. Its is gorgeous, but no longer fits!

I would really really like terry towelling tunic/dress thing from boden for my 5 year old boy?

HauntedNoddyCar Sun 18-May-14 17:51:42

How big is the blue black out curtain? I have some redundant maternity clothes in a 14.

FourAndDone Sun 18-May-14 18:29:47

Hidden, rocking horse would be amazing! What area are you? And what shabby chic kind of item would you be interested in?smile

Thurlow Sun 18-May-14 18:56:13

OHforDUCKScake Sun 18-May-14 19:20:40

I have a 2 seater faux brown leather sofa that looks immaculate to the eye but has an imperfection. It slightly goes in at the middle. You can see it to look at, but feel it when you sit down.

Plenty of life in it and very strong, just a bit tilter towards the middle.

Free to anyone who wants it, Brighton area.

I just bought it to tide me over a month or two until I found the exact corner sofa I was after.

SpecialStuff Sun 18-May-14 19:20:51

I've pm'd you Thurlow.

Bagoffrogs Sun 18-May-14 19:25:40

I have a bag full of size 18 clothes free to anyone who wants to collect from Leeds area. PM me if interested.

MrsLeonard Sun 18-May-14 19:30:11

Onelittlelady- i love the sound of your dress, do you have a piccie and what would you want in return please?

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Sun 18-May-14 19:40:07

Sparkle I'd love the tankini. Not sure if there dresses will be suitable for weddings, depends on your style I suppose. Neither are the length you wanted but you never know, I've got to try! The long dress is new look maternity, size 14. Loved this dress so much, it's been worn a lot. The yellow dress is Oliver bonas, large. It's not maternity wear but I wore it when heavily pregnant. But only wore it once. It came up very short and had to wear leggings underneath. But it's very pretty. Anyway, if they aren't your style, let me know if there's anything else I can offer you!!

StudyFullTime Sun 18-May-14 19:58:03

hauntednoddycar the curtain is 168 cm wide and 137 cm drop. The argos catalogue number is 119/9257 if you look on the website.

I'd love to swap curtain for clothes.

lucysmam Sun 18-May-14 20:08:39

lucysmam I think we have swapped before! Did you send me a lovely little girls flower swim suit last year? I think I didn't have anything to swap so sent you some sweets?

You can have the dress for the swimming costumes? My dd is almost 2 and big so they would work out well. Also... interested if the swimmers have gone, clarks doodles or similar in size 7?

HauntedNoddyCar Sun 18-May-14 20:42:07

I've got 30ml of 'Eternity' by Calvin Klein. The cellophane is opened (but still on), but it's never been opened further than that.

I'd swop it for Benedict Cumberbatch's phone number wink

Am sort of looking for garden ornaments of various sorts, but I know that they're not really the kind of thing suitable for posting.

ChaffinchOfDoom Sun 18-May-14 20:58:42

possibly a bit Kat-Slater-y but I liked it wink

My plan was a black 'thing' ie cardi/ casual jacket over the top so would've been a skirt for me with leggings under.

WyrdByrd Sun 18-May-14 21:11:27

If anyone has any 'Series of Unfortunate Events' books from book 3 onwards they'd like to get shot of, let me know what you're after in return and I'll see what I can do. DD is a bugger for starting to read a series of books then going on to something else halfway through so I don't really want to spend a small fortune buying the whole set new!

Am in the throes of sorting out DDs room so will have various games, books & clothes aged 6-10 ish to trade.

EvilHerbivore Sun 18-May-14 21:19:20

Oooh, Chaffinch that's lovely! I'm still a bit of a wimp though! Can I ask if its thick material or chiffon-y?

ChaffinchOfDoom Sun 18-May-14 21:22:31

it's chiffon-y smooth silken feel viscose? zip at side under left arm, black lining quite lightweight

Thurlow Sun 18-May-14 21:29:17

Audit, I'm so sorry I missed that comment, how rude of me blush That's a lovely offer but DD is also not keen on dresses and I don't think we'd get her into it. Thank you though.

I have an unworn black dress from Oliver bonas. It is just above the knee and has beautiful embroidered flowers going down the front. I'll get a photo up at some point today. To the posters I have replied to (giraffe, Onelittlelady and someone offering a tankini, sorry can't recall your name) would this dress sound swappable? It's large I think. I was a 16 when I bought it and it fit, but it's too big now. Only worn in the dressing room, still got tags.

If not those posters, if anyone else is interested let me know what you've got for swapping!

I still have the tankini and dvds if anyone would like them, pretty sure I can find something else

Dd just asked me for a gruffalo teddy bear, does anyone have an unloved gruffalo lying somewhere?

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Mon 19-May-14 08:14:49

Hi babie what size tankini? I don't have a grufflo teddy but do have a large board book if that's any use?

HungryHorace Mon 19-May-14 08:18:47

Littlepinkbear, I'd love the maternity pads please.

Do you have any loose / floaty size 12 dresses?

I have (somewhere, we've just moved so I need to find it) a brand new bottle of Bio Oil. I also have the Yes Minister / Yes Prime Ministee box set, still in celophane.

If anyone has any 12-18 month sleepsuits they'd be handy! Don't care about supposed gender as DD has worn whatever we have and we don't know DC2's sex!

HungryHorace Mon 19-May-14 08:21:29

Oh, I have 2 pairs of New Look size 14 under bump maternity jeans, one skinny, one boot leg.

They've been worn, but are perfectly serviceable if anybody wants them?

HungryHorace Mon 19-May-14 08:22:07

In black, I should probably say!

I think long is 34" leg.

Charlie, The tankini is size 14d/dd for the top and bottom is size 16, the colours are blue/green/white with floral design. It is unworn.

Thanks for the offer of the gruffalo book, we already have one hence why she is obsessed with it, other wise anything related to princess or jigsaw would make her happy smile

Pm me if you would like to swap

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Mon 19-May-14 08:45:47

Babie, Hmm unfortunately I don't think the tankini top would fit my colossal bust (32g). Shame as it sounds lovely. Thanks anyway and hope you find a good swap

EvilHerbivore Mon 19-May-14 08:46:02

Whore (feels awfully rude calling you that!) is there anything you'd like to swap for those next shoes if you still have them?

Still have my fireman Sam things, pack of softcups and baby sandals to go...

CuriosityCola Mon 19-May-14 08:50:25

Evil, I will have the fireman Sam things please. What do you need in return? I'm based in Edinburgh, but happy to post items.

EvilHerbivore Mon 19-May-14 08:51:31

No banjo I'm afraid Chauffinch but chocolate I can do! I've pm'd you smile

EvilHerbivore Mon 19-May-14 08:53:31

No problem curiosity, do you have anything for a 1 year old? Or anything In The Night Garden?

CuriosityCola Mon 19-May-14 09:04:04

I have a one year old and 2.5 year old boys, so loads of stuff. INTG seems to have passed us by though. We seemed to jump straight to the gruffalo smile

Trying to think what I could swap:
We have the toy story DVDs, monsters university, happy feet etc

Unopened Laura Ashley gift set

Numerous Lamaze toys that are like new. (Calamari, freddie firefly)

Toot toot mini road and cars

CuriosityCola Mon 19-May-14 09:10:40

Will have a look at what I can post and come back to add more to the list.

CuriosityCola Mon 19-May-14 09:12:09
HavannaSlife Mon 19-May-14 09:21:59

Probably a long shot but does anyone have a woody doll that is no longer played with? Have tried all local charity shops but can only find buzz.

I have all sorts ranging from age 1 up wards so might be able to swap

qwertybirdie Mon 19-May-14 09:32:28

itsnotunusualtobe do you still have the handbag please? What would you like in return?

Lego do you have soap and glory shampoo / conditioner? Again what would you like in return?

qwertybirdie Mon 19-May-14 09:36:56

I have some lovely Avon products. All new, just been in storage a while (ex rep!) - moisturisers, linen sprays etc. Also some of the skin so soft (pink) range. Will dig out if anyone wants some.

EvilHerbivore Mon 19-May-14 09:47:36

curiosity sounds great! pm me your address? smile

Sonumb Mon 19-May-14 09:52:48

Any takers for the boys school uniform its like new age 5 .
Also small boys bundle of clothes from next/h&m ?

littleseahorse Mon 19-May-14 10:00:20

sonumb I am a taker for the boys clothes if they are size 3-4 up? But ds is not in school yet, so someone else may want the school uniform.
What would you like in return?

littleseahorse Mon 19-May-14 10:07:41

Unrelated to the boys stuff, I have an age 8 pink chiffon dress from Next, nice for party wear or going out.

An age 6-8 beigey skirt with embriodered butterflies from Monsoon.

An age 8-9 stripy purple summer dress from Fat Face

Small baby swim nappies

Livvylongpants Mon 19-May-14 10:12:22

Ooo I did one of these after Christmas and was fab, if anyone has any boys 12-18 month stuff to swap I have millions of bits and toys etc

Sonumb Mon 19-May-14 10:18:51

little I have a pair of next chino shorts age 3-4 & the clothes are 4-5/5-6 I think smile

will swap for either smellies/nail varnish or chocolate grin

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Mon 19-May-14 10:40:47

This is the Oliver bonas dress. It's a size 14 but comes up larger than that. I'd say it was a size 15!

littleseahorse Mon 19-May-14 10:43:21

Fantastic, do you wear pale or dark varnishes?

I have got two Heyland and Whittle soaps, a Rest and be Thankful sea kelp soap, two mini travel perfumes from Estee Lauder and somewhere a small nude colour nail varnish from No17. Does that sound okay? It is not very much.

Otherwise, I have got about ten (!) Yankee candle tabs if anyone wants them.

littleseahorse Mon 19-May-14 10:44:00

Above was for sonumb

Sonumb Mon 19-May-14 11:22:49

little The soaps sound fab , I'm not sure what Yankee candle tabs are blush

littleseahorse Mon 19-May-14 11:26:34

You need a burner for them, so they would be only useful then.

The soaps are gorgeous, but I have a prescription soap at the moment, so would be happy for them to go to a good home!

CuriosityCola Mon 19-May-14 12:41:39

Havanna, I think the problem with Woody is that everyone puts their child's name on his foot and then he becomes a sentimental keepsake.

CuriosityCola Mon 19-May-14 12:42:12

Evil. Have sent you pm grin

mrsleonard are you about? just wondering if you want the dress before I offer it to charlie

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Mon 19-May-14 12:49:56

Also have leopard print top from zara, medium, never worn. And orange t shirt dress from top Shop, size 16, never worn

oramum Mon 19-May-14 12:53:38

we have a lego simpson lisa minifigure if anyone would want to swap for another character?

HavannaSlife Mon 19-May-14 13:03:17

Curio, probably! I did see one in a charity shop about 6 months ago but ds3 had no interest then.

We gave away woody and buzz about 4 years ago, just before ds3 made an apperance grin

goodasitgets Mon 19-May-14 13:04:23

littleseahorse do you know what scent the Yankees are? My friend loves them and I would like to gift them to her!

DangerousMouse Mon 19-May-14 13:11:41

Charlie what are you looking for, for the black size 15 dress?! It's lovely..

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Mon 19-May-14 13:14:33

Hi dangerous, it is a beautiful dress. There are two possible swappers so far, you are third in line! Not sure what I'm looking for really. I'm going to a wedding in June so maybe a nice dress, size 14, something on or below the knee? Or any sort of summer dress. Or something for my almost 2 year old boy. Or something random! Anyway, if the other two posters don't end up taking it, I'll let you know.

goodasitgets Mon 19-May-14 13:16:51

I'm after any wax tarts, makeup and hydraluron. Oh and any cleansing balms, anything laura mercier or nars too.
Have copious amounts of chick lit and light reading, tous h2o perfume (v light, brand new) and philosophy "the present" primer. Oh and ciate nail polishes. Possibly some bras 32/34J

FudgeyCookie Mon 19-May-14 13:19:37

Thurlow do you still have the girls shoes from your op? Dd is in need of more shoes and they are her exact size! Not sure I have anything to swap but can buy some chocolate or something?

DangerousMouse Mon 19-May-14 13:22:08

thanks Charlie I have a 3 year old boy so should be able to sort out a few bits.. Oh, and I have a lovely blue/black tunic unworn size 14, just pm me if I get a turn!

cherry219 Mon 19-May-14 13:28:27

I have hundreds lots of pairs of boys Clarks shoes, some in better condition than others, mostly G/H fitting, probably from a size 5 all the way up through half sizes to 11.5 (it only just occurred to me that I don't know what people do with shoes when they're done with them!).

I'd love some new summer dresses in a size 12ish - just casual things with high backs if possible (back acne sad) and not too high at front for boob access (don't have to be specifically nursing wear, I'm happy to pull down as long as the fabric is stretchy enough). Or, failing that, try me! Any fabric/crafty bits or girls clothes in 12-18+ would be ace.

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Mon 19-May-14 13:32:34

Will do dangerous!

Sonumb Mon 19-May-14 13:35:34

little Inbox me your address & I'll have a sort through Ds' stuff and get the clothes posted to you at some point this week smile.

EvilHerbivore Mon 19-May-14 13:38:38

I also have 2 cinema tickets if anyone wants them? Think they're for Odeon but theres not one for miles near me...

Sonumb Mon 19-May-14 13:42:16

Evil what would you like for the cinema tickets , I'd love to take Ds to see Rio. smile

EvilHerbivore Mon 19-May-14 13:55:10

Well DSs are 3 and nearly 1 sonumb so anything for them?

Sonumb Mon 19-May-14 14:02:07

Hhm I do have a Disney Cars laptop that's in new condition , would that be ok ?

DangerousMouse Mon 19-May-14 14:05:31

I have 2 dresses, the peach/orange one is Jasper Conran, size 18, worn once to a function, really pretty, halter neck.

The 2nd is Monsoon, size 16, knee length, very flattering, worn once for new years eve.

dangerous what are you after for the monsoon dress? I don't have any childrens things but can have a root around for other things like make up, perfume books, etc

DangerousMouse Mon 19-May-14 14:14:57

Hmmm, maybe something useful for my holiday in a few weeks, how about a large over shoulder bag, or a sarong, maybe some of that fake tan moisturiser stuff that builds up a tan slowly, anything useful for holiday would be great.

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Mon 19-May-14 14:17:47

Long shot but does anyone have a swim suit, tankini or bikini in top size 32J? Bottom either 14 or 16? I need something with a lot of support!!

I have some dove moisturiser that builds to a tan if thats any good dangerous? I have two bottles of it that I've never used and probably never will.

DangerousMouse Mon 19-May-14 14:19:01

yeah thats the stuff... great, lets pm!

qwerty I dont have the shampoo/conditioner I'm afraid...I've got moisturisers, hand creams, foot cream and shower gel if any of those are any good?

EvilHerbivore Mon 19-May-14 14:41:16

goodasitgets, the tabs are fluffy towels, soft blanket, fresh cut roses, and midsummer's night but there are a couple of each. Have also got four of the little candles whcih are fluffy towels, fresh cut roses, beach walk and black cherry

qwertybirdie Mon 19-May-14 15:00:02

Hi Lego, are any of them face creams? What would you like to swap for?

goodasitgets Mon 19-May-14 15:09:09

Could I take the Yankee tarts? Is there anything you would like in exchange? smile

Sonumb Mon 19-May-14 16:43:36

Lego Does your Ds like books ?

Sonumb Mon 19-May-14 16:44:18

Evil I have some children's books that have never been read ?

EvilHerbivore Mon 19-May-14 17:37:18

Books would be great sonumb they both like reading!
But whatever you want to send is fine, whatever your DC don't need anymore - books/clothes/toys etc I'm not going to use these tickets anyway so I'm glad someone will!

TheReluctantCountess Mon 19-May-14 17:53:39

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Mon 19-May-14 17:59:21

Countess, are you talking to me? About the puzzle? If so, I think I may have some lush stuff indoors, I will get back to you!

I've got a set of the three coloured inks for a pixma canon printer, they're 526(?). I got the wrong ones. The photo shows which printers they're for.

AlfieandAnnieRose Mon 19-May-14 18:03:56

Itsnotunusualtobe if you still have the bag I would love to swap for it! Whereabouts are you and what would you like to swap for please?

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Mon 19-May-14 18:04:16

Ooh actually if anyone has any craft type stuff for a nearly 2 year old, that would come in very handy. Paints, paper, glue and stuff like that. Total novice and wouldn't know where to start!

Sonumb Mon 19-May-14 18:16:26

Evil pm me your address & I'll stick some books in the post to you at some point this week smile.

TheReluctantCountess Mon 19-May-14 18:38:05

Yes, I meant you charlie. I've had a long day!

The dress I had up has gone. Sorry to those who asked for it but there was a waiting list!

EvilHerbivore Mon 19-May-14 18:49:38

HauntedNoddyCar Mon 19-May-14 18:51:56

Sonumb Mon 19-May-14 20:18:15

Evil I new that honestly blush grin

littleseahorse Mon 19-May-14 20:31:38

goodasitgets, yes, all yours.

Am in bed with a bad headache, will sort addresses etc tomorrow, sorry.

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Mon 19-May-14 20:35:51

Countess this is what I found in my bathroom cupboard. Not much, sorry. I can throw in a couple of random books? What kind are you in to?

HappySunflower Tue 20-May-14 10:02:11

Ooh Dorothy I have a Pixma that one of the numbers on the front?
If so I'd love them. What would you like in return?

Pinkelephanty Tue 20-May-14 13:03:59

I have (all brand new) a Kwazii cushion (in the shape of kwaziis head) a sleepy kittens book (from despicable me) A ninjago lego set-newspaper collectable one, a small pack of star wars fighter pods (think there's 4 figures in it) and a Mickey Mouse sound book called The Great balloon chase.

Will swap for anything spiderman/batman (figures, costumes, spiderman back pack) kinder egg marvel figures, spiderman t shirt size 6yrs.

Pinkelephanty Tue 20-May-14 13:09:35

Oh and randomly I have an inflatable disco ball that we used at an 80s party last month if anyone has use for that! It's reusable and you just blow it up using a straw.

reluctant countess I'll have a rummage this evening and pop some pics smile

qwerty no face creams! I'll have a rummage and confirm what I've got

I've got a
big cook/little cook cook book- unused
Jamie Oliver's 30m meals-unused
Nerds and India knight idiot proof diet guide

I'm sure I've got lots more bits!

Am also on the hunt for octonauts bits smile

Pinkelephanty Tue 20-May-14 14:12:27

Oh I'm also after some of the how to train your dragon books if anyone has any that are finished with.

babybearsmummy Tue 20-May-14 14:47:20

pinkelephanty if no one snaffles the sleepy kittens book! I have a kinder egg Spider Man my almost 2yr old daughter would be most happy to swap. If you let me know if there's anything else you're after I'll have a rummage as dd is not yet at an age where she's interested in Spiderman grin

Pinkelephanty Tue 20-May-14 16:13:29

I've messaged you babybearsmummy

littleducks Tue 20-May-14 17:07:37

Ok. It's got to quite a thread now.

I have age 3-4 grey donkey costume and some lemony snicker series if unfortunate events books (will have to go in loft to check numbers Qwerty) I will look for more stuff.

I would like baby boys clothes summer style 6-12 months. Rompers/sleepsuits/dungarees things without a waistband as he has reflux.

And real long shot here. A woven wrap sling for refluxy baby. I'm using a (cheap) stretchy wrap atm but he is 8 months old now and getting heavy but I can't seem to find a cheap woven wrap on eBay.

RunningKatie Tue 20-May-14 17:19:28

littleducks - i might have some boy clothes. Still sorting!

As an aside, if you do fb there are some great sling selling pages on there. Affordable slings page is for £100 or less. Or the Lenny Lamb website has b grade wraps cheap, they are safe just might be a middle marker wrong etc.

Sorry, end of hijack

TheReluctantCountess Tue 20-May-14 17:48:25

Charlie I will gladly swap for a bath bomb and a chick lit book. Send me your address and I'll get it packaged up.

Fav Tue 20-May-14 17:57:03

I have 19 (20 if you count a chewed but still usable) size 2 little lamb bamboo nappies complete with liners and waterproof covers (various colours)
Complete set would see a baby from 7ish months to potty training.

There is a downside - we have 2 dogs, there are a few dog hairs woven into the Velcro. This doesn't affect the nappies at all. They are used, but still in good condition.
The nappies have been sitting in a bag in my lounge waiting for me to have the time to pick out each dog hair. After months, I have finally accepted that I cannot be arsed haven't got time.

If anyone wants them, they're theirs.

Am I allowed to ask for a contribution to postage? Obviously it's a big bag of nappies, the postage might add up a bit. Or if anyone is near Ripon, I can arrange a meeting to collect.

littleducks Tue 20-May-14 18:05:48

Thanks Katie. Will keep an eye on thread and go check out the website you linked, tbh anykind of comfortable sling that can hold a baby for hours (baby bjorn can't live up to the task).

I also have girls clothes she 5-7. If anyone is interested I can sort through, lost and take pictures.

TheReluctantCountess Tue 20-May-14 18:11:55

Ihope I have a superman outfit, age 5-6.

Livvylongpants Tue 20-May-14 19:46:44

Fav what would you like to swap for? We've been using the size 1s bit DS is nearly 8 months abd they are getting tight

Cherry219 I would love a pair of 5g shoes for my DS if you still have them? Any things you're after?

I have a sample of Benefit Pore/fessional concealer type thing and a 2014 Terry Pratchett discworld calendar unopened which has lots of funky artwork on it

Fav Tue 20-May-14 20:27:09

Livvy - umm, no idea! Happy to send them on though if you want them.

HappySunflower have you got a P4950? If so you're welcome to the ink. What are you looking to get rid of? smile

AuditAngel Tue 20-May-14 20:33:05

Sonumb, no idea. I love wine (not very good in the post) and chocolate. grin

To be honest, I really don't need anything, just the postage would be perfect. I could send to you, then you could pop a couple of stamps to me in an envelope. That way, it hasn't cost me anything. I would be very happy with that.

AuditAngel Tue 20-May-14 20:49:19

SoNumb if you are happy with postage (which shouldn't be much as they are light) please pm me.

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Tue 20-May-14 21:06:52

I've got this dress from whistles. It's brand new, never worn. It actually doesn't have a size on it but I'd say 14 to 16. Any takers?

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Tue 20-May-14 21:20:03

Actually it looks rather big and is stretchy. Reckon it would fit 18 too.

littleseahorse Tue 20-May-14 23:16:23

littleducks, I have a Maya wrap, it is a ring sling, so not sure if it is really what you are after.

GarlicMayonnaise Tue 20-May-14 23:54:43

Charlie, I am doing striped dresses this year and would love yours if you've still got it! I haven't got round to picking out things to post on here - what sort of things do you want? I've no DC, but rather a lot of makeup, accessories, and house-type things smile

Livvylongpants Wed 21-May-14 06:55:11

Fav I can't seem to message you, how old are DCs as I have an older DD so have various bits floating around

littleducks Wed 21-May-14 07:02:56

Littleseahorse- would it fit around a size 14 ish mum and a size of a 6 month ish baby, and is it less hot than a stretchy wrap? (I'm thinking it must be less hot as it's less material and not all over you?) If so I think it could work, I was really struggling in the heat yesterday!

What kind of things are you looking for?

I can add to my list of things:
A sanctuary shower gel and creams gift box
An unopened transformer toy (the larger one button press type for younger children) i think it's Optimum Prime.... its the blue and red one anyway

Happy to post pictures if anyone is interested

DangerousMouse Wed 21-May-14 07:07:02

Ooh ducks my DS has just got into transformer type things, do you still have it? What are you looking for?

littleseahorse Wed 21-May-14 07:08:16

Yes, it would fit. If you google Maya wrap, you will see what it looks like. I used it till dc was about 2.5, but you need to get the fabric positioned broadly over your shoulder to be comfortable.

When they are little, you can carry them across the body with head out, or upright, when they are bigger, a hip carry.

littleseahorse Wed 21-May-14 07:13:27

Long shot from me, does anyone have size 4.5 girl trainers or gym shoes to swap for something? My dd has outgrown hers and it is sports day next week. We have literally five weeks of school left and I have just bought new school shoes too, gah!

AuditAngel Wed 21-May-14 07:16:35

Will check, have black plimsolls, but think they are a bigger size.

proseccoco Wed 21-May-14 07:20:06

I have a couple of nursing bras in 34D and 34E. Well worn, but fine condition (no stains, tears, etc).

DangerousMouse Wed 21-May-14 07:27:26

I still have the jasper conran dress pictured a couple of pages back... Any takers?

McPhee Wed 21-May-14 07:35:08

Does anyone have an 18-36 month Gro bag in a 1tog please. Dd refuses to settle without one and her zip broke last night shock

Let me know what you'd like in return. I have lots of 9-12 and 12-18 months girls clothes.

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 07:35:57

Hi garlic, yes it's still available! Um, hard to say what I'd like for a swap? Make up wise, I love mac so if you've anything, I'd be happy to take it off your hands?

I love dangling type earrings but not heavy ones as my lobes don't look good stretched down to my shoulders!! Maybe a statement necklace? What house type things do you have? Do you have any summer dresses in size 14? Or any clothes? I'm open to any suggestions, try me! X

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 07:44:59

Garlic, Also it's dp birthday coming up. If you have a dp maybe you could steal see if he has anything going spare? Again open to suggestions!

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 07:54:47

Garlic (sorry to drip feed, I've got an energetic 2 year old biting my ankles) I'm going to a wedding in June, looks like I'll be wearing a dress I'm swapping on here (a few pages back, it's a mint green dress posted by onelittlelady). I'll need accessories or a bag or shoes. If you have anything you think would go with the dress...

hoppingmad Wed 21-May-14 08:18:11

McPhee - I may have something that would suit, let me raid the dt's room after the school run and get back to you smile

McPhee Wed 21-May-14 08:25:06

Hoppingmad I would be so grateful. Please let me know what you want in return.

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 08:25:22

Does anyone have any children's dvd's? For a 2 year old? He loved bolt when it was on, but we didn't record it. We have despicable me and peppa pig but he's getting bored of them. Any Disney dvd's?

DangerousMouse Wed 21-May-14 08:45:57

charlie not Disney, bit I have 3 Charlie and Lola DVDs here you can have?

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 09:22:40

Dangerous, thank you for the offer but he's never liked Charlie and lola. Sorry!

ChaffinchOfDoom Wed 21-May-14 09:28:26

prosecoco what colour bras? what would you like in return? smile

DangerousMouse Wed 21-May-14 09:40:52

No worries.. Anyone else want them?

Thurlow Wed 21-May-14 09:55:39

Ooh, DangerousMouse, 2yo adores Charlie and Lola if they are still going! Anything you'd like in return?

PoirotsMoustache Wed 21-May-14 10:05:39

I have a couple of pairs of boys cargo pant style trousers and some jeans (I think), age 7-8, and some tops and hoodies for the same age range. Worn but still wearable. I may possibly have a couple of age 6-7 items too, although I recently had a huge clearout so they may have gone.
I'm happy to send them to anyone who needs them.
I will double check exactly what I have this evening though, so I apologise in advance if I don't actually have what I claim to!

hoppingmad Wed 21-May-14 10:18:55

Sorry McPhee - I have 3 I'm not using but they are all 6-18 months and 2.5 togs. I'm guessing they are no use to you?
If anyone else wants them though they are more than welcome (not official grobags btw, 1 purflo with detachable sleeves, 1 Bluzoo and one organic one)

neddle Wed 21-May-14 11:17:39

Damn! I forgot about this thread hmm.

PoirotsMoustache my ds goes through trousers like anything, are yours still available please?

justkeeponsmiling thanks, but dd is due at the end of august, so 6-12 would be next summer really. I think I'd need a different size.

TheDudess, coffeeandcream and Littlepinkpear, if your maternity clothes are still available, I would be interested please. I'm living in one pair of leggings and a maxi dress atm.

I still have some ovulation predictor test strips if anyone's interested - they don't need a machine.

PoirotsMoustache Wed 21-May-14 11:27:35

neddle Yes, whatever I've got is still available. I will check exactly what I have when I get home this evening and get back to you, if that's ok.

Sonumb Wed 21-May-14 11:33:11

Audit that's great can you pm me as I'm on the app and it won't let me message anybody confused

Sonumb Wed 21-May-14 11:37:36

I have several bras in almost new condition as they just didn't fit right , I'll have a look at the sizes in a bit I think they are G&H cups

neddle Wed 21-May-14 11:43:12

Thanks, PoirotsMoustache, my older boys are 8 and a tall 6 so I'd (hopefully) get some use out of whatever you've got smile

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 13:34:39

Looking forward to seeing what you have. I'm going to have another look around too.

Love this thread.

Tringalinga Wed 21-May-14 13:42:46

What do you need in return for grobags? I've got a 2 year old so if your DC is around that age I have loads of bits

hoppingmad Wed 21-May-14 13:45:49

Hi Tring, I'm not needing anything in return - pm me your address and I'll send one out to you smile

I have two of those mua eyeshadow palettes people are always going on about, 1 undressed and 1 dusk til dawn they are virtually unused I'm sticking with my urban decay! grin

TheHoundsBitch Wed 21-May-14 13:52:36

I'm in Watford and I have a dark wood dining table and six chairs taking up space in my shed. It might be a long shot but I'm after some garden furniture...

Tringalinga Wed 21-May-14 13:56:54

I can't seem to PM you hoppingmad, I'm on the mobile, but that's very kind if you are you sure there's nothing you need, bar of chocolate? :D everyone needs chocolate

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 14:14:03

My dp was given this Paul

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 14:16:38

Sorry, posted too soon!

My dp was given this Paul Smith neck scarf and has never worn it. It's 100% silk. Anyone want to swap?

GarlicMayonnaise Wed 21-May-14 14:30:47

Yes! I need a gift for my brother!

GarlicMayonnaise Wed 21-May-14 14:35:30

Terrible pictures, my hands are shaking today. One little green shrug with sequins & one beige/caramel sequinned cardigan, size 14. The sparkly cardi fastens with one hook & eye; the sleeves are bracelet length.

Forgot I'd done a big charity shop drop a couple of months ago, but there is still a LOT of rummaging to do [eek]

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 14:36:04

Haha garlic so that's the stripey dress and men's scarf for you!

Thurlow Wed 21-May-14 14:37:58

Garlic, what size is the shrug? Is that a size 14 as well?

now looking for things to compliment the necklace I've already got from here for the world's cheapest yet also most charitable wedding outfit - who's got size 3 blue or green heels hanging around, eh? wink

GarlicMayonnaise Wed 21-May-14 14:37:58

Ooh, thanks, Charlie! flowers

GarlicMayonnaise Wed 21-May-14 14:40:41

The shrug doesn't really have a size, but I was a 14 when I bought it.
I thought it might go with charlie's dress - wrong sort of green, though.

Thurlow Wed 21-May-14 14:43:01

Ah, thanks but I suspect that would be too big. Beautiful shrug though! What make is it?

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 14:43:49

I thought the same thing, garlic, and got excited, but just had another look at the dress and you're right, it wouldn't go. Shame!!

GarlicMayonnaise Wed 21-May-14 14:43:51

Debut. It is v. pretty smile

McPhee Wed 21-May-14 15:36:00

Hoppingmad thank you for looking smile

blizy Wed 21-May-14 15:47:20

Meddle if you still have the ovulation tests I would love to have them. Three years of ttc is an expensive business!
I have 2 nursing bras up for grabs, size38 G,one black the other white, both unworn.

hoppingmad Wed 21-May-14 16:25:50

Tring, I think I've pm'd you - I'm on the app and don't always get on with it that well confused

hoppingmad Wed 21-May-14 16:26:19

Sorry McPhee, wish I could've helped

neddle Wed 21-May-14 18:01:20

blizy pm me your address and I'll get them out to you.

TheReluctantCountess Wed 21-May-14 18:11:20

Charlietango we have a Disney Jungle book DVD. We also have Yogi Bear, Mr Men, Disney The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Alvin and the Chipmunks double DVD, the Avery Hungry Caterpillar, Surfs Up.

SpecialStuff Wed 21-May-14 19:02:17

blizy I wouldn't mind one of the nursing bras if you still have them. What would you like in return?

PoirotsMoustache Wed 21-May-14 19:07:50

neddle I have one pair of black elastic cuffed joggers with a grey stripe down the outside of the legs, a pair of Next jeans in blue, and two pairs of cargo-style (but without the leg pockets) trousers, elasticated waists, one in black with blue stitching and one an olive colour. The jeans are starting to get tiny little holes in the knees, but they're in good condition otherwise. If they sound any good, PM me your address and I'll send them to you over the weekend.

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 19:21:00

Countess, they sound perfect, especially the hungry caterpillar and jungle book (any excuse to sing I wanna be like you!) If you put them with the puzzle I'd really like that. What else can I swap with you? I have size 14 and 16 clothes, what size are you? Or do you like makeup?

TheReluctantCountess Wed 21-May-14 19:54:50

Clothes and make up not for me.

I have a dark greeny/blue and black floral dress. From new look, size 14. Says it's from the tall section but I'm teeny and it hits just below knee length on me. Only worn once. The floral pattern is in black, flock velvet type stuff. Really nice but just doesn't sit right on me

SpecialStuff Wed 21-May-14 20:41:05

Charlietango do you still have the orange shirt dress at all?

SpecialStuff Wed 21-May-14 20:49:05

*tshirt dress that should say.

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 21:00:06

Special, yes it's still available!

HillyHolbrook Wed 21-May-14 21:05:30

That new look dress sounds lovely. What would you want in return? Or is it in return of someone else's thing?smile

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 21:06:12

Countess, what else can I swap with you other than smellies and a book?

SpecialStuff Wed 21-May-14 21:14:27

Is there anything in particular you would like for it? I have some in the night garden DVDs if they're any good to you?

blizy Wed 21-May-14 21:15:05

specialstuff. I'm not looking for anything in return, I will be glad to see someone getting the use of them. PM me your address and I'll pistey them out to you.

blizy Wed 21-May-14 21:15:34

Maybe even try posting them!

lemony the new look dress is open for swaps, you've got first refusal right now. I don't mind for what, I like books, make up, nail polish, things that smell nice. I won't be able to post until next week though, enforced rest this week as I have swollen legs and feet!

SpecialStuff Wed 21-May-14 21:18:21

Be pm'd you, thanks very much!

SpecialStuff Wed 21-May-14 21:19:09

*I've. My iPad hates me tonight!

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 21:21:08

Special, sorry my ds has grown out of in the night Garden! He loves anything cars, his favourite toys are his hot wheels cars. Or any toddler paints or arty stuff? Do you have any clothes size 14 or 16?

I'm open to other suggestions, try me with what you've got!!

HillyHolbrook Wed 21-May-14 21:24:15

I have a barely used Laura Mercier palette and a few lippys and nail polishes in various colours I can send? I'm a cosmetics hoarder. I'm trying to downsize my 'collection' but it's a shame to just bin the things I've hardly touched. I also have a set of Ted Baker travel size perfumes that aren't to my taste if you'd fancy? I get paid next Tuesday so next week is best for me anywaysmile

PM me with a pic of the dress, please, if you're interested, and I'll do swatches for yougrin

I'm just looking for a pic of the dress now lemony and will pm

SpecialStuff Wed 21-May-14 21:27:07

Hmm, the only other thing I have are Yankee tarts. If they're no good not to worry!

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Wed 21-May-14 21:34:56

What's Yankee tarts?

lemony pic of the dress and a close up of the floral detail and colour

SpecialStuff Wed 21-May-14 21:46:33

Like a scented candle but you need to tart burner to use them. Don't worry about it if you don't want any, I just don't seem to have anything spare that people would want to use, and my dd is only 14months so not into many things yet.

HillyHolbrook Wed 21-May-14 21:51:47

It's lovely One grin

I can't get my phone to post multiple pics so I'm gonna have to do one at a time...

Here's the palette. The blues aren't as scary as they look, they are quite nice on and as part of a smoky eye. The other colours are gorgeous too, I just don't use it much at all and it's a waste as it's a good quality, high end brand. I'd rather someone else enjoyed it more than me!

HillyHolbrook Wed 21-May-14 21:54:51

Then lipstick swatches

The first are a Revlon Balm Stain and Lip Butter in matching shades, the third is a Rimmel Apocalips and the last a NYX lipstick.

HillyHolbrook Wed 21-May-14 22:02:45

Can't get the last photo up, but I have a 'french pink' type nude nail polish, a cactus green, a coral, a turquoisey colour that I can only describe as swimming pool blue grin and a navy.

Take your pick, if nothing is to your fancy I'll send the perfumes and a book or twosmile

cherry219 Wed 21-May-14 22:33:11

coffeeandcream I'll see what I can find tomorrow and get back to you.

chloe0408 Wed 21-May-14 22:42:00

Hey I would like the in the night garden DVDs? What would you like in return? I have lots of films, some clothes or ??

lemony I'd love the palette and the red lipstick/stain if that's ok? I'll be at the post office either tuesday or wednesday as I have other things to post as well. If you Pm me an address, I'll get it packaged up for you smile

Turniphead1 Wed 21-May-14 22:51:16

I have one of those glider rocker feeding chairs. In good condition. I don't want anything in return. Maybe a small donation to Cancer Research Just for it to go to a MNer. To collect from North London.

Sonumb Thu 22-May-14 00:37:41

Lemony If the nail varnishes are available what would you like to swap for ?

Turnip, if no one wants it, possibly contact your local hospital...a friend of mine gave hers to, I believe, the royal free and theyve put it where they do chemo or in the nicu bit (I forget which)

SpecialStuff Thu 22-May-14 07:30:58

Chloe I'll dig them out later, think we've got a couple.

HillyHolbrook Thu 22-May-14 08:33:52

Sonumb What do you have to swap for?smile

I like most things really, books, makeup, jewellery, smellies, I'm a clothes size 12-14, I'm off on holiday in a few weeks so any summery clothes wouldn't go a miss.

SpecialStuff Thu 22-May-14 08:43:02

Chloe I've only got one suitable for swapping, the disk is ruined on the other. If you want it the one I've got is called Hello Igglepiggle. I don't want anything in return.

chloe0408 Thu 22-May-14 08:46:14

Are you sure special? Can I send you some chocolate or stamps for the postage? If not I will find something to pay it forward

Will pm my address x

nickdrakeslovechild Thu 22-May-14 09:28:43

littleseahorse do you still have the princess dolls please? My Lo is just getting into them and would love them. What would you like in return? I have lots of make up if your daughter is just getting into that? x

Sonumb Thu 22-May-14 09:35:49

Lemony what kind of books do you like as I more than likely will have something as I tend to hoard books blush
If not I some Garnier Moisturises that haven't been used , The tanning ones & just normal smile

Mignonette Thu 22-May-14 09:38:35

I haven't forgotten your book- just not had a chance to get to the post office yet.

nickdrakeslovechild Thu 22-May-14 09:44:12

I have a brand new black size 12 Grecian style maxi maternity dress never worn as my LO turned up before the event!
A buggy buddy, buggy lock.
And if anyone would like to collect south Notts I have this its been outside for 12 months so looks a little worse for wear but works fine. Just needs a new home as we have a bigger one now.

EvilHerbivore Thu 22-May-14 11:01:15

To everyone, I'm meant to be posting things too, I haven't forgot and I'm really sorry but baby DS has just come down with a streaming cold and is being a limpet who just wants to whinge so in between being stuck on the sofa watching countless episodes of In There Night Garden and early starts/late nights at work, I haven't yet been able to make it to the post office - I will try tomorrow but failing that, it will be Monday, I promise. Apologies again if I'm keeping anyone waiting

EvilHerbivore Thu 22-May-14 11:08:15

Oh, and Chaffinch the dress is lovely thank you! As soon as I lose a bit of belly flab baby weight, it'll look lovely! Am on 5:2 so nice to have something to aim for grin

DangerousMouse Thu 22-May-14 11:11:31

I don't suppose anyone has any older girls summer clothes? I'm looking for 10/11 years skirts and shorts mainly, my DD needs loads of new clothes for holiday.

lucysmam Thu 22-May-14 11:18:41

No worries Mignonette, I was just coming to post almost the same message for RunningKatie (well, nearly. I went to the post office thinking the parcel was in my bag with a letter but I'd left it on my bed so will walk round with dd2 tomorrow morning after school run smile )

Giraffeski Thu 22-May-14 11:32:05

32E and 36F bikinis, both Freya and both M size bottoms. LemonyCrickets has first refusal!

I have a purple, fully pleated chiffon dipped hem dress it has shoestring straps and basically is loose through the body, with a small self tie belt type thing. Bought from one of the Topshop concessions. Never worn, only tried on and then put in the wardrobe, label says 10/M but I was easily a large 12/small 14 and it fit as the body is loose and flowing. Will get a pic if anyone is interested

Pics of the purple dress. One showing length, other label and colour detail

Just to say that I haven't forgotten pics I promised etv....they are on their way!!

charlietangoteakettlebarbeque Thu 22-May-14 13:29:27

hello sorry haven't been on for a while.

I am sending out a couple of packages today:

Onelittlelady - the dress is going out to you today (with a little something else - don't get too excited its nothing amazing)

Countess - I have a package going out to you today. I looked through my books last night and I really think they are unsuitable! You say you like Chick Lit but I don't own one Chick Lit book...all my books are quite dark. A lot of Irvine Welsh. Was going to send you Ken Kesey's One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest - let me know if you would be interested and I will post it next week?

Special - don't worry about those yankee tarts - I'm not really a candle person. If you would still like the dress, I can send you it anyway? PM me your address.

I think thats everything!

I still have a lot of stuff I want to get on here...will try and do it tonight...and I have yet to find a bag / shoes / accessories to match my mint green dress! Or a bikini, bust size 32J!

HillyHolbrook Thu 22-May-14 14:21:58

Sonumb I read everything from chick lot to horror so surprise me grin my favourite author is Brett Easton Ellis so anything similar to his stuff. I'm collecting cult classics too, I have Lolita, The Fountainhead, Trainspotting, that sort of thing? Just nothing science fictiony or any crime/policey books please!

Giraffeski I love them both! grin I'll pm you my address. Are you very sure you don't want anything in return? smile

Cezella Thu 22-May-14 14:48:25

I'm always on the look out for Next Petite Skinny Jeans in a size 10- they're the only jeans that fit me!

In return I have a couple of dresses, smellies, books and probably loads more if I looked

SpecialStuff Thu 22-May-14 18:12:21
