Mum and I always mumched on this when dad went away for a night or something...... but that's 20 years ago now!

Whenever we have something like that we normally do these type of things:

Nachos
Spring Rolls
Chicken or fish goujons
Samosa or Pakoras
Mozzarella Sticks
Olives

Chicken fajitas! Always a win in my book!

Ice cream and chocolate

Chinese crispy duck with pancakes hoi-sin sauce cucumber and spring onions, maybe prawn toast with chilli sauce and some spring rolls to start.

I like these ideas !!! It makes me angry :-)

How angry would a three pack of mini desserts from M and S make you?

Stuffed Potato skins with dip / sour cream
Cheese and crackers with bits to go with them (grapes, cherry tomatoes, bits of salmon)
Indian snacks with Raiita

Crudités Platter with smoked salmon/cream cheese dip
Spinach and Artichoke dip (google) with tortilla chips
Chicken or Beef skewers

Make your own cupcakes (bake before hand and provide bowls of frosting, sprinkles etc for guests to decorate their own).
